Anyone know more about these?

Update:
via umcorps in the comments: "This is a good source [new link here - not sure if it was the same content, so keeping original as well] for info about the Music 500 (which was my very first digital synth)"

and via David Anderson in the comments: Looking at the circuit board on Chris' site, it looks like the Music 500 box is a dedicated TTL digital synth. The two Advanced Micro Devices ICs are 2kx8 RAM chips. From the documentation, it looks like all those TTL devices make up the 'phase accumulator' digital oscillator described in this article"

Roland MC-202 w/ MIDI installed

via this auction

"It has been professionally modded with Synouse MidiJack, which allows you to control the synth with standard midi from your computer or another sequencer or midi keyboard. You basically get a smaller, more portable SH-101. The MC-202 can also revert back to standard mode, which allows you to sequence 2 CV parts... and sync it up using the Din Sync ports on the back... This is an amazing 202..."

"This is the M5 (MKI), not the M5N (MKII).
The M5 MKI is more raw & dark sounding.
The M5N was said to have 'cleaner' signal path...
The M5 has been manufactured in quite limited quantities (less than 100?) and is now discontinued so this is a rare chance to get one.
Probably the fattest, darkest sounding modern analog synth."
