"A very useful unit to interface with your old analog synthesizers, allows up to four channels of midi to cv conversion including CV, gate, dynamics and several others like mod, aftertouch and velocity. This MPU101 is fully functional and in near mint shape. Even includes original box! See pictures below for more details."

Before Access made synths they made controllers. They also made a Waldorf Microwave controller for the original Microwave.

I'm not 100% sure, but I'm guessing this requires the latest OS 2.13 on the Matrix-6 for it to work.  Previous OS versions do not respond to MIDI sysex.  I believe all versions of the Matrix-1000 work as it was released after the Matrix-6.

"It is a Minimoog rip-off for guitarists!

It has the basic signal-layout of the old Moog. Instead of a keyboard there is an input socket on the front for connecting to a custom set of glue-on guitar pickups (no joke).

It is a simple but quite powerful mono-synth. Two VCOs capable of tri, saw and pulse/square waves. VCO2 is tuned relative to VCO1 for some fat detuning or those classic 5ths and 7ths. Sound is fed though a lowpass VCF (24dB/oct) before reaching the VCA. VCA and VCF have independent envelopes of the atypical ADS variety (no release). There is also an LFO and Glide control."

"Live jam on the Elektron Octatrack and Monomachine. Kick, snare and hat samples from the octatrack.

Two thick pad sounds made using effects and the poly mode on the mono and then resampled into the monomachine provide the main body of the track.

Distorted sine patch and heavy FM sound from mono provide extra rhythm sounds.

Cross fader on octatrack controlling filter cut off and delay send and feedback amount on main pad sound.

It's a bit of a trancey one this one."

"/I don't use to talk about the price of an App in my review... But, with Eurypharinx you can have a big Synthesiser for a small price. You can read the specifications at the end of this Post, it is missing nothing except a hold button on the keyboard... (Record & Share via AudioCopy, Wist & CoreMidi,...). The UI is very well done, and it is really nice to work with it. Its highlights: a 16 steps modulation sequencer (I love it), a Patching Module (awesome! Watch the video demo) and a XY Pad (2 are available). One of them allows you to assign a Scale to it (awesome too: you can play a melody with it while you're playing the Bass for example on the "real" keyboard...). In conclusion Eurypnonyx is a Killer App! (A special thanks to this developer for the free S4 Drum Machines)"
