"This is a mega rare digitally controlled analog synthesizer. I was told that Radiohead used one of these on the Kid A album. It's a very unique and special synthesizer with multiple uses and many exotic sounds. There is a string section called Instastrings, a polyphonic section called Polytron and a monophonic section called Monotron. There is two separate outs in the back for poly and mono. The string section has preset buttons with the following sounds: Sustain, Violas, Violins The poly section has preset buttons with the following sounds: Brass I, Brass II, Horns, Chorus, Vibrato Delay The mono section has preset buttons with the following sounds: Synthy Wah, Reed, Funky Solo, Jazz Pulse, Pop Synthy, Trombone, Trumpet, Pan flute, Mod, SEC, Chorus, Auto Bender There is a 4 knob control section on the far right with a volume, Tone, Portamento and Tune."

A new release in our line of Vako Orchestron discs, SOLO TRUMPET. It's unlikely that there will be sufficient demand to do a second run of 25 of these discs, so your best bet is to buy as many of these as you need while you can! Any future additional copies will most likely be done as one-offs, which are twice as expensive to produce, and thus will cost twice as much.
SOLO TRUMPET is an entirely NEW sound for the Orchestron. This is an actual acoustic trumpet sound, taken from the original Optigan/Orchestron master tapes, but never actually heard on any Optigan or Orchestron disc until now! Please excuse my awful playing here, which is just a quick noodle to demonstrate the sound!
PLEASE NOTE: This disc WILL NOT play properly in an Optigan! They WILL play, but the sounds will NOT be mapped correctly to the keyboard- they will be mapped mostly haphazardly across the chord buttons. Please don't order this disc expecting to easily use it in an Optigan. In the future we will be porting the Orchestron sounds to the Optigan- please be patient! :)

"The SFX6 has a joystick which the SFX60 units lack, the joystick is amazingly expressive and make the SFX6 much more powerful for live usage. The keyboard also has LED's above each key which makes playing it lots of fun and has improved my playing skill dramatically. Only 500 of the full keyboard SFX6 keyboards were made. This is one of the 1st batch of 100 unit made. Included is the original box, the original manual (not pictured), and the original power supply..."
