"This video shows off the updates to the drum machine as well as the introduction of new effects such as the phaser. A variety of factory demos is also displayed to give an idea of the sounds on offer, however, with clever shaping of the sounds and their properties, you can sculpt your own, unique voices.

The app is demonstrated on an Asus Nexus 7 tablet but is optimized for a large range of resolutions / screen sizes.

Besides being the only alternative to programming the device through a knob, a two digit display and a few buttons, GI20Editor can greatly enhance the guitar/synthesizer connection experienced through the GI-20.

New in version 2.1 is the possibility for each patch to send up to 8 user defined MIDI Control Change messages for each string/channel to the 'synthesizer output' device.
