Roland HS-60 Programmable Polyphonic Synthesizer
Waldorf Micro Q Keyboard Synthesizer

via this auction
"It has the same sound engine as the very expensive Q synthesizer, however, there are less controls on the front panel and polyphony is limited to 25 simultaneous notes. Also functions as a vocoder..."
There are other differences as well including the ability to morph between the two filters settings on the Q while on the microQ you can only switch between them. Regardless, the microQ is a powerful engine and aside from the differences is essentially the same as the Q.
The following are the differences from this Sound on Sound review:
"HOW THE MICRO Q DIFFERS FROM THE Q
• No Xphorm (morph) function.
• No CV/Pedal inputs.
• No step sequencer.
• No continuous filter routing — serial or parallel switch with no 'in-between' settings.
• The second effects unit is a global effect and is the only effect with delay.

• The maximum delay time is reduced from that available on the Q.
• Dynamic voice structure can yield up to 25 voices.
• Expandable to up to 75 voices (although the hardware option to do this is not yet available).
• In Multitimbral Mode, up to five effects can be used in total, four effects for the first four parts, and one global effect with adjustable mix level in each instrument.
• No digital output."

Using an A-145 LFO as Swing Generator
Published on Mar 8, 2013 NetPierreTV·39 videos
"Short PatchPierre Tutorial
more info soon at http://patchpierre.blogspot.nl/
In the video the TB-303 is playing, the A-100 is playing the same pattern via the TB-303's CV Output.
The Gate from the TB-303 is fed into the Reset In on the A-145 so each time this module receives a Gate signal, it starts a new cycle.
Slow LFO cycles (Low mode) will result in longer envelopes and faster LFO's will result in interesting (swinging) rhythmical discoveries.
Equipment used: Doepfer A-100 system,A-145 LFO and A-124 WASP filter plus Roland TB-303, Machinedrum
No edits or effects..."

Elektron A4 sequencing Korg Monotribe using my cable
Published on Mar 8, 2013 darenager·117 videos
"I made a cable for connecting the Monotribe CV and Gate to the A4, the Monotribe is going into the A4 external input for fx processing (reverb and delay) all the other sounds are from the A4 except the bass/acid which is the Monotribe. If you want to buy a cable send me a PM."

The String Machine project

"The String Machine project
Now that a ensemble chorus processor like the élkorus v3 is available I can announce the beginning of the 'String Machine project' at the Wutierson site. Since some time I have the idea of collecting basic waveform audio samples of different string machines with chorus turned off, to sample it and obtain a precise emulation using an elkorus.
http://www.wutierson.com/en/news/101-string-machine-project
More sounds will be available very soon! Stay connected!"
Currently you'll find samples of the Logan String Melody, Roland VP330, and Solina String Ensemble.
The elkorus is by Synthoma. See the label below for previous posts.

LZX and Make Noise Pressure Points
LZX and Make Noise Pressure Points from Raul Pena - Modular Wild/RWOS on Vimeo.
"this video is a little demonstration of how the Make Noise Pressure Points Eurorack Module can be used as a CV source to control the behavior of the LZX Color VIdeo Encoder. in addition it can send out different sets of voltages from different outputs to allow multiple modulation destinations. This example is specific to a basic use with an LZX Video Synthesis system. Sound and Video by Raul Pena."
