Rhodes Chroma in Custom Wood Case

"I had a chance this weekend to play on a Rhodes Chroma owned by my friend and Analog Synthesis Course co-author David Hobson that was recently restored and upgraded by Sam Masuko of Three Wave Music. This is a wonderful synth with a great deal of potential and often overlooked. This particular model is also being controlled by the BCR 2000 pictured. Glad to have occasional access to this beast!"

Performers are: Erik Norlander - keyboards, Mark McCrite - acoustic guitars, Freddy DeMarco - guitar solo, Mark Matthews - bass and Nick LePar - drums, . This song originally appeared on Erik's 2003 solo CD, Music Machine, released by the Avalon label in Japan, Transmission Records in Europe and Think Tank Media in North America. A live version was recorded in Aschaffenburg, Germany in 2003 and appeared on the CD, Erik Norlander - Stars Rain Down. Two other live versions were recorded a year later in 2004 in Hamburg, Germany and in St. Petersburg, Russia. Both 2004 versions appeared on the DVD, Erik Norlander and Friends - Live in St. Petersburg. This new version was recorded at Magnetic North Studio in Cleveland, Ohio. http://www.thetank.com"

"Memorymoog Plus synthesizer for sale. Most of you know the drill, but for those who don't this is a 6 voice polyphonic analog synthesizer featuring 3 audio oscillators per voice rather than the usual 2 found in most other models (Prophets, Jupiters, Oberheims, etc). There were two versions made, the Plus version was an improved model over the original which featured greater tuning stability, a sequencer, and MIDI. This is my second one. I sold my other one when everybody started making rack mount synths like the Oberheim Matrix 6R and Roland Super Jupiter. Silly me. I forgot how important and rewarding it is to have the full actual machine in front of you giving you access to the knobs and controls..."

"Oh yes... Microkorg went back to the 70's to make sweet love with a Minimoog synth, and here's their filthy love-child! PIMPED-out and a real stunner! Lovingly customized with gorgeous varnished knot-free pine, hidden screws. (There's a 'similar' one on ebay right now, but bear in mind that one has duct tape concealing the gaping hole in the base of that synth. Woah...) Comes of course with power supply."
