"A live performance by Doug Lynner aka Synthesizerman at Tom's Place, Berkeley CA, 1/29/14 on Serge and Cynthia modular synthesizers."

Update: some additional details via Doug: "This particular piece is all on the Serge. You can see the system at http://www.serge.synth.net/gallery/dl/index.html. The piece is based on a very high speed 24 stage sequence of a two octave chromatic scale. It is never actually heard in the piece but is manipulated throughout. Its voltage outputs are sampled by a classic Serge Analog Shift Register that is controlling three VCOs. Various modules control clocking, gating and wave shaping of various output paths from the VCOs. The wave shaping happens both on the VCOs and also using the Serge Triple Waveshaper. This patch was on the machine along with patches for two other pieces that I performed."

"This is a DIY Klee Sequencer in eurorack format, built by myself, in very good condition. Fully calibrated and functioning great.
According to creator Scott Stites:

Klee Sequencing relies upon the composer’s innate ability to discern patterns of musical worth from a variety of rhythms and pitches produced through a method that is often impossible to predict through interaction with the controls. Often, through manipulation of a single control or switch, the Klee Sequencer can reveal a new direction or approach to an already established Klee Sequence."

"These oscillators are very hard to get hold of new because of very long waiting times from the company that makes them.

This is a wonderful oscillator, the best metallic chime sounds I have ever heard.

The quality of construction is also very impressive, it has 6 layers of PCB
