"Boom 808 integrates one of the most popular drum machines of the 80’s into the modern mobile producers workflow.
With Boom 808, getting the classic 808 drum sounds into your music has never been easier. Audiobus compatibility, background audio, and audio export options allow Boom 808 to fit into your music without slowing you down.
Personalize your beats with the sound of the 808!
Features:
• Step sequencer
• High fidelity audio
• CoreMIDI
• Audiobus and background audio modes
• Record and export live performance to Soundcloud, Audio Copy, email and iTunes file sharing
• Compressor
• Swing
• Overdrive
Boom 808 provides the superb audio quality found in our other Pulse Code apps. Along with the classic drum sounds, Boom 808 has a built in compressor that is tuned to add punch to your drum beats. Soft saturation overdrive rounds out the signal chain adding warm crunch to your beats.
Using Boom 808 with Audiobus allows you to add any number of Audiobus compatible effects as well as record your beats into the app of your choice. Writing beats is easy by using the internal step sequencer or trigger the drums with CoreMIDI. Control your groove with two swing variations.

Beauty In The Beast - Memorymoog
"The Memorymoog, a beautiful, true vintage polysynth, is often only thought of as a monster, sound-wise. I thought I could try to highlight the gentler side of this regal instrument."

New LushOne Echo Module
via Lushprojects.com where you'll find some audio demos.
"The LushOne Echo module provides highly flexible delay and echo effects. All key parameters can be set manually or manipulated using a control voltage. With the LushOne echo you can simulate room echoes or create space-age effects. The LushOne Echo also contains an envelope generator which produces a control voltage based on the amplitude of the input signal.
The LushOne Echo kit continues the design principles of the LushOne base. A single board design is used to keep costs low. The LushOne echo uses the popular PT2399 digital delay chip with supporting analogue circuits. The PT2399 is a really fun chip. At long delays it gets noisy and creates a lo-fi roughness to the sound. At medium and short delays it has a nice, natural quality. The ability to vary the delay on-the-fly and with a control voltage allows it to create space-age swoops and zaps as well as more normal static delay effects.
The LushOne Echo can be added to any level of the LushOne system. It can be used with just the LushOne Base or integrated in to a bigger system. The audio sample below shows how even with just the LushOne Base and LushOne Echo you can create some amazing sounds.
The LushOne Echo provides:
Echo effect
Add echo effects to any input signal
Adjustable input sensitivity level
Adjustable level of original input in the output
Adjustable level of echo in the output with voltage control
Adjustable level of feedback in the echo circuit with voltage control
Adjustable delay with voltage control
Exponential response on delay control for ease of use
Internal or external feedback switch which allows extra processing functions to be inserted in the feedback loop using the Send/Return connections
Power-on protection circuit so that the PT2399 chip can be run at its shortest possible delay without damage
Envelope generator
Create control voltage based on amplitude of input signal
Allows effects to respond to volume level of a sound
Single board design including all controls and connectors (except power-in) providing straightforward construction and neat presentation. A laser cut case is available that contains the LushOne base and the Inca or it can easily be housed in a project box.
Open-source access to schematics
The LushOne Echo is straightforward to build but it does have quite a high component count. It is recommended that you have some experience in building electronics before starting on this kit."

Electro Lobotomy PassiVac Videos
Published on Mar 6, 2014
"At 2hp, the PassiVac by Electro Lobotomy packs a ton of fun into a minimum amount of rack space. I effectively liberated 6hp in my lunchbox-sized road case by swapping out an Optomix (8hp) for the new PassiVac. The module is simple and useful, and passive, to boot. I'm very much considering getting a second one. Love it! Nice work David!"

"This is a fully working unit. The knobs are original factory, though later knob style changed. Later units had colored knobs...
Manufacturer Description:
The bC8 is probably the smallest production synthesizer in the world and certainly the cutest.
Packed into the bC8's tiny round body is a hand-assembled gold plated circuit board, eight high-quality potentiometers, a stereo jack socket, push-button, no less than four LED's, battery holder (3xAAA cells) with a robust stainless steel base.
Sophisticated digitally based oscillators are housed on the DSP as well as an innovative recording system and internal control voltage patching. Choose between single-shot and repetitive envelope generator modes; use the separate ATTACK and RELEASE knobs to create long and soulful drones; select the recording system to record and playback complex patterns of control knob movement, speed up or slow down the pattern playback to add extra glide detail or confusion, override any of the controls during playback to adapt, complicate or simplify your composition.
The bC8's VCO goes from the subsonic to the upper end of human hearing, introduce subtle amounts of modulation from the LFO or envelope generator to create gentle vibratos or progressively wind in more than 700% modulation for almost impossible-to-predict and perhaps never-heard-before sounds. VCO is capable of 'thru-zero' modulation (frequencies run backwards).
To sum up: Eight LFO and four VCO morphing waveshapes, 128 different patchings, deep modulation options, wide ranging ATTACK/DECAY envelope generator and recording sequencer in a hand-built-by-one-man-in-a-tiny-factory-in-England - pocket sized - self powered - round package carefully machined from high-quality plastic.
The bC8 recorder records each knob position when the button is pressed and released, as well as the duration of the button press and the time between presses, when playing back each of the recorded positions is replayed with a smooth glide between values.
bC8 technical details:
70mm (2.75") diameter - coke can size
52mm (2") tall
8 knobs
4 LED's (2 green, 2 red)
128 patch types (VCO/LFO/VCA/EG patching, including inverted EG types, and chaining EG>LFO>VCO, etc...), Modulation depth control
0 to 700%+ thru. zero VCO
VCO frequency from ~20Hz to 8KHz+
FM (linear) & LOG modulation
LFO rate from ~30mHZ to ultrasonic (24+ octaves)
8 LFO waveshapes (incl. random/noise and staircases)
500+ event sequencer with variable speed playback, overide ability and control knob intelligent gliding.
Morphable VCO waveshapes
3 AAA cells (NiMh or Alkaline), Stereo headphone amplifier
Envelope Generator (Attack/Decay knobs) ranging from 1ms-20secs, Single shot, Repeat or Record/Playback modes."
