Korg ES-50 Lambda Polyphonic Ensemble 234404

"This beautiful ES-50 Lambda was made by Korg in 1979 to replace and combine the two earlier instruments of the Polyphonic Ensemble series, the PE-1000 keyboard synth and the PE-2000 string machine. I have owned this one, serial number 234404, since the mid-1990's. Its textures are so lush that the running joke at our studio was that it sounded way bigger than the giant PS-3300 that it shared a stand with. The envelopes are truly polyphonic, not paraphonic, so notes don't abruptly cut off in weird places like ARP and Roland machines of the same era."

Corsynth C106 - Delayed VCO Demo

"VCO1 to VCA1 - Envelope A controls VCA1
VC02 to VCA2 - Envelope B controls VCA2
VCA1 + VCA2 connected to the filter C101

The Envelope A triggers the Envelope B after reach the end of its Attack and Envelope B trigger Envelope A after reach the end of the Decay.

The Envelope A has a long decay so two VCOs can be heard during the decay of Envelope A.

And LFO is modulating the Envelope A (Attack and Decay)

The filter cut-off frequency is controlled using the A+B output."

FV-1 Full 8 Slots FX

Published on Jul 17, 2014 mCKENIC

"Finally uploaded the 8 fx I want on the FV-1 board. Some nice FSU fx in a stand alone box :-)

It seems the standard on the Spin Semi Forum is Left in/Left out for mono effects, so I'll stick to that."

80's Old Skool with the Roland Juno-106

Published on Jul 17, 2014 Jim Atwood

"The drum groove was recorded into the Boss RC-300 which is synced to the Roland MC-909. The MC-909 is sequencing the Roland D-550, SH-101, and MKS-50. I'm playing the melody lines on the Roland Juno-106 Synthesizer. Everything was improvised on the spot."
