"From the Film Australia Collection. Made by Film Australia 1987. Directed by Jamie Robertson. Kevin Peek, composer and guitarist with Sky, teams up with Mars Lasar, composer and ‘Fairlight’ whiz, to take an unusual and experimental voyage of discovery into the untapped potential of the Australian continent. With cinematography by Jim Frazier, this beautifully crafted film interweaves the sounds of nature and song recordings of rare Australian birds—the Victoria’s Riflebird, Lyrebird and Emu among others—with synthesized music that celebrates the Australian landscape and its wildlife. Superbly photographed, Sounds Like Australia breaks new ground in bringing music and the natural world together. Narrated by Robyn Williams. Developed by Peter Vogel and Kim Ryrie in 1979 the Fairlight CMI went on to be a dominant device in late 70s and early 80s music and film production. It was used by such artists as Peter Gabriel, Kate Bush, Elton John and Jean Michel Jarre."

"The one and only EMU SP1200 with....get this...the HXC SD Card MOD. NO MORE FLOPPIES. Each SD card holds 99!!! lmao. Go to the Lotharek website for more info. All you do is power it up...make sure its on the sp1200 OS12 file and boom YOU'RE IN. No loading the os disk and then putting in another one. On top of this...You get the mod where you can now monitor the sample input instead of just hearing a distorted signal."

"This particular Voyetra 8 [with VPK-5 Keyboard] has been lovingly cared for always by the guys over at TheAnalogLabNyc. There are only a handful of people who really know this unit inside out and if you do your due diligence you will find out that Jeff is one of them. This unit is a Rev. 3 model with VCO green cards, the 2 VCF cards are the tan cards, along with the original xlr for midi outs. It also has the coveted teardrop original knobs. The wear and tear on it is whats normal for a unit of this age....especially since it was all white. No way this thing gets through 30 years without the white paint getting dingy...rack rash and whatever else age has done to it. So please don't be ridiculous with your expectations."
