"My contribution to the OP-1 community Christmas Album 2014.

Snare sample battered on Maschine as there's no way they could've been done so fast on the OP-1."

Kawai 100F Analogue Monophonic Synthesizer SN K-2332

"Hi, Here is a nice looking analogue monophonic synth from the Japanese synth makers, Kawai. The 100F's filter architecture is reputedly a very close copy of the ARP Odyssey's. The filter was smooth and bright, and could be driven into self oscillation to produce metallic, glassy, tinkling highs or deep sub-bass lows. Sadly, after a period of intermittent signal output, the VCO cant be heard, nor can the VCF when pushed into the self/osc zone, where it should whistle/oscillate wildly! Possibly a VCA output problem but I don't really know. A faint clicking signal from the LFO can be heard and the rate/speed of clicks are adjustable. The synth is in reasonable cosmetic condition considering its age, mid '70s. All slider caps are present as is the original owners manual and paper sound patch templates. Some wear on rear underside of end cheeks and veneered part of lower back panel. A little veneer has parted company with the front of the right hand end cheek. A little corrosion under the paint work near the power switch. The 1/4" jack ins and outs can be used for external signal processing, connecting other voltage controlled synths and CV/Gate equipment..."

Oberheim Ob-12 Synthesizer

"The OB-12 is a 12 voice synth with 4-part physical modeling synthesis. Loads of real-time knobs (22), sliders (24), and buttons (33) with a traditional layout give you fast hands-on access and control of most parameters. Extra hands-on goodies include a ribbon controller, pitch bend and modulation wheel.
Aside from great analog sounds, the OB-12 has an amazing set of hi-tech features! The OB-12 features a high quality LCD display that actually draws out all of the parameters you are changing. There are on board 5-band graphic & parametric EQ, ADSR's with delay time and double decay. An addictive Motion Recorder and manual or auto oscillator morphing for animated sounds or effects. Phrase Recorders and Arpeggiators with Independent tempo controls and 5 dedicated buttons are on-board with plenty of features and are MIDI syncable. There is also an extensive effects section that give you reverbs, delays, chorus and lots of overdrive algorithms. You'll also find digital SPDIF outputs, analog outputs, and MIDI in/out and thru."

Vermona DRM1 MKIII Analog Drum Synth SN D 09101 with Original Box

Note: links to listings are affiliate links for which the site may be compensated.

via this auction

"The Vermona DRM-1 is a true analog drum synthesizer. You can synthesize up to eight drum sounds and they can be triggered by MIDI and by an optional set of 10 Trigger Inputs. Each sound has about 9 knobs for shaping the sound. And since it really is analog (and not some virtual emulation) the sounds are more unique and unpredictable than any other electronic drum synths currently available. The user interface is absolutely clear and intuitive - one knob, one function.

The instruments on the DRM1 MKII are as following:

▪ KICK
: big and fat kick drums, similar to Roland TR-909 or 808 but with more variations possible, plus built-in overdrive and FM modulation for crazy sounds.

▪ DRUM1 and DRUM2:
Very flexible instruments that can generate kick- and tom sounds as well as bongos. Anything from zaps to blings and fantastic PIUU...

▪ MULTI
: Three oscillators can be detuned and gives you nice cowbell-like or cymbal sounds. If you like submarines you can create a nice sonar ping.

▪ SNARE:
Powerful snare with adjustable filter, tune, noise, attack, decay, etc. 909 or 808 type snares possible

▪ Hi Hat1 and Hi Hat2:
Very nice hi hats! can be metallic and harsh or soft and blippy.

▪ CLAP
Classic analogue hand claps."
