Monomachine cuckoo's first experiments

"I recently got the Monomachine, and thought I'd share my first sound experiments. I love it! The only sounds that are based on custom waves are the ones used in the last tune (Metroid 8-bit). I snagged them from Chipsounds for some Nintendo love ;-)

I'll do some proper videos later, but I thought I'd just share what I have so far. Also I bought a new pair of speakers/ monitors - so hopefully there will be no more mud in my mixes. Already I think it sounds much better than what I've been doing earlier.

Roland SH-101 through EHX Talking Machine with EV-5 Expression Pedal

"Was messing around a bit with some gear today and thought it'd be cool to run the SH-101 through the Talking Machine. I plugged in the EV-5 into the EHX's expression pedal jack to hear how the filter morphs.

Roland TR-606 providing the beats and triggering the SH-101's sequencer and step input on the Moog MF-105 MuRF which has a Waldorf Streichfett running through it. After the 101 runs through the Talking Machine, it's going through the Strymon TimeLine's dTape mode for some gritty echoes."
