Horizontal Gong Collaborator

"here, so called "horizontal gongs" of Balinese Gamelan such as the reyong synthesized on a modular synth, however these instruments are only conquered "timbrally."

i imagined the "champion" magician of the "pantheon bar" in the HOLY MOUNTAIN, who has "conquered" the mountain, albeit only "horizontally".

i don't "condone" easy exoticism and therefore this casual improvisation contains none of the complex musical language of Bali, nor much else other than a timbral reference.

unfortunately, also on the day i synthesized this patch i also read an article about so called "horizontal collaborators", i.e. french women who had sex with nazis during the occupation 1940-1944.

i don't condone shaving people's heads and making them walk around with black swastikas painted on their heads either."
