New Limited Edition White MeeBlip anode

via Create Digital Music:

"So, to celebrate anode, we’re bringing out a special limited edition for summer. As you’ve no doubt noticed, it comes in a new creamy white case. But the controls have been updated, too. People liked the wavetable mode so much, we’ve made that the default, so you can dial in a wide range of sounds from the front panel. And to give you blindingly-quick access to envelopes, there’s one knob for amplitude and one knob for decay. Sound performance has also been fine-tuned, so it’s even more responsive.

We’re only making 250 of these, hand numbering them, so once they’re gone, they’re gone. (The original anode will remain available, both direct and at worldwide dealers.)"

"Excellent condition. Couple of small scratches. One display does not work (one to the very right - EG/VCA) However unit is still fully usable as the parameters for this display section can be seen on the LED function and data display when selected.

'The AX80 has the privilege of being the first pro-keyboard produced by Akai, released in 1984. It's an eight-voice programmable analog synthesizer with a full 61-note keyboard and a series of techno-looking LCD bar-graph displays running across the top of the keyboard. Two analog oscillators per voice plus a sub oscillator provide the basis of its punchy analog sounds that can be described as similar to a Chroma Polaris or Roland Juno 106.'"

This is my 1st attempt at making an ambient jam. Most people would say I failed, but others might enjoy this type of ambience. If you like it or don't like it say so, but tell me why you do or do not like it. The Volca Bass is being processed by the Alesis Bitrman (the red box) and then the Moog MuRF. The Monotron Duo is being processed by the Monotron Delay, while both signals are being processed by the Kaoss Pad 3. Recorded into Logic with some Eq, Compressions and a little extra Verb & Echo."

What do you all think? More or less of this? You can find previous posts featuring HardtekStudios here.
