"My first gig in Chicago! By gig I mean missing my connection and being stuck at Chicago O'Hare Airport for 7 hours. I was already sleep deprived at this point after flying from Europe but forced myself to do some jamming anyway because how often would I get a chance to make music in the birthplace of house music, even though I don't think house music was created at the airport. Also I didn't make house, rather something that is on the minimal side of dark techno. I wanted to get more footage of airplanes and whatnot but in my tired state didn't have the energy to set up 2 cameras or think so much about placement.

The minimal bit comes from the fact I was only using the Volca Sample, Monotribe, and Monotron so there wasn't so much room for doing complex arrangements. I was very pleased with some of the freaky FX sounds coming out of the Monotron when run through the Kaoss Pad and pretty nice dark techno groove for being exhausted and wanting nothing more than to go to sleep.

For most of the video the Bend is modulating the Orage VCO directly. At 1.37 I change I move the output of the Bend to mod1 input on the fluctuations magnétiques filter. At 2.47 I change the patch again moving the output of the Bend to modA input of the filter"

The Charcot Circles has been featured here on MATRIXSYNTH. I don't believe the Quadric or STE 16 have. Note these are made in conjunction with eowave and do not have the Boomstar branding.

The Quadnic appears to be a four oscillator module, while the STE. 16 appears to be a dual LFO/OSC with HI/LO settings and various wave shapes. There is also a 1-shot switch which implies just one shot of cycle. Not sure what triggers it though. Possibly the switch or the Reset ins?

"Arguably the most sought after poly synth of all time. This is the real deal. EVERY button and knob work as they should every key sounds and no sticking. Very clean unit. Was just recapped (I have the original caps as well that I will include in the sale). The only thing I will mention is that the synth will likely need to be calibrated for tuning. The "autotune" function works sometimes but it's obvious it will need a trip to the tech for a calibration. Other than that all the menus and buttons and presets all work wonderfully..."
