"The Nord Lead 2x. Every time I use this synth it never seem to get the sounds out of it I thought I was looking for. It has the same controls as a lot of other synths I own, similar wave forms but for some reason the Nord always seems to have its own idea of the sound I want to create. Being Virtual Analog (a computer hiding in a keyboard) the Sweeds have weaved pure magic and given it such a unique sound and character with an amazingly expressive filter. While it does not suit every situation it fills the need in my Studio as my main controller keyboard and always when called on delivers something that sits perfectly in a mix."

"New video... just watched Nick Batt live at Cymrus Beats [posted here] and got inspired. Not exactly the same quality, but liked what I've done - improvised in Cm.

Novation Mininova on bass sound, Bass Station II on the lead sound.

Sorry for this soft horn lead once again, it's just that I simply love this sound and it's essential to me that a synth can do it. I could use the Mininova for leads, but it sounds way better on the BS2.

Enjoying both synths! Part of a small gig setup, with Volca Sample and Bass to complete the party. More on future videos... I actually finally have a place to put all my stuff together and play."
