"In this video, I open up my Circuit Bent Alesis SR-16 in order to not only see the circuit board, but also my circuit bending modification. Afterwards I will show you the circuit bending technique I used to find the best bends. Finally I will show you two different versions of the SR-16 circuit board, one bend friendly and one not. Of coarse I will show you what to look for to know which one it is with out opening it up!"

"1st patch with tiptop audio Springwaves card for the Zdsp.

modules used: TTA Z8000, ZDSP, 4ms QCD, harvestman Hertz Donut MKI, malekko envelator, nw2s io, Bastl knit rider, MFB drum 05, ladik rom players, malekko VCA

no filters used on the HD MKI. it goes straight into the VCA and then then multed into both channels of the Zdsp

the drums are mostly using algorithms 7 and 8"

in action in this Ambient Multi-Track DEMO Song called
"Out Of Body"

Sounds used were some of my custom & Vintage Synth Fav's:
VP-330 Tutti, CS Strings, RiksMoogLead & Rik Solina...
filling this track with vintage late seventies / early eighties vibe.
I still think having this expansion board is a MUST HAVE in any
studio -small or large. I love it love it love it!! A keeper for sure!
Still worth the buy on Ebay if you want to add some Analog & Digital
spice to your old school Roland JV, XP, XV synthesizers
that support SR-JV80 expansion boards!!

Recorded into Ableton Live 9 by hand one track at a time! :)
Small amount of Reverb added to give the dreamy feeling...
