Live Synthesizer Jam 50 : Korg Volca Bass, Microkorg, Roland JU-06, Monotron Delay

"Support my music, visit my Bandcamp !!

In this little jam I use my new radio and wire it into my Korg Monotron Delay. I played with the Cutoff and radio volume to create a sample type effect. This was the first time I've used the Korg Monotron Delay with a real radio so it was a real fun experiment. I learned a lot and enjoyed the results.

The Korg Volca Bass plays the sub bass and is sequenced by Ableton while the Roland Boutique JU-06 supplies the arp type sequence. Enjoy !!

"In excellent condition for its age. This synth has been VERY well kept. The string and brass sections sound glorious. It's only missing a single fader cap on the pitch bend. All buttons, knobs, and keys work perfect. No issues. Cosmetically, it looks very nice as well."

"I am the original owner of this Sequential Circuits Pro One vintage synthesizer, serial number 2064. I purchased it from Guitar Center Hollywood in August, 1981. The power transformer is case-mounted and the keyboard is the J-wire type. It has spent its entire life in my home recording studio and is in excellent condition as you can see in the photos.

If you're not familiar with the Pro One, its sound generation is 100% analog. The keyboard inputs are digital as are its onboard sequencer and arpeggiator. It has versatile modulation routing and is outrageously fun to play with.

I did the following to prepare it for sale:

1. Cleaned it thoroughly inside and out.

"The right end cap and key cap are detached. Right now I have them taped on. (See photos.) Should be a fairly easy fix, I think you can just screw them in, but I haven't figured out how to do that. This doesn't affect the sound/functionality at all and doesn't really affect the durability. Good condition otherwise."

"Comes with the hard-to-find sampler adapter. You can hook up an external sound source to this synth via RCA jacks."

Vintage Moog Memorymoog with LAMM

"The Memorymoog is in AS-IS condition. Due to the storing conditions, the foam in the case became tacky and fell throughout the keyboard. Upon internal inspecting, a number of the capacitors showed signs of corrosion. All electrolytic capacitors have been replaced throughout the synth. However, it still has a fluctuation when powering up. This is not a power supply or voltage issue, but rather, a boot error from the CMOS itself. It has worked intermittently at times, but it continues to keep stopping during the boot process and freezes. When it didn't freeze, everything was working well. It is being sold as-is at this time, however, a search for new CMOS chips with the programming are being sought after. If these are found and it resolves the boot issue, the synth will be reposted in working condition, and I am sure the price will be even higher.

This MemoryMoog has the Linntronics LAMM upgrade installed.

The battery is also new."

"Moog MiniMoog Model D serial #3387 was manufactured in the USA in the 1970's and is being sold in used condition as is along with item's power supply cable only. I purchased this item from Guitar Center in June, 2012. I had the keyboard serviced at that time by the Moog service center in Mesa, Arizona where they went over the entire keyboard and as a result they replaced the power supply cable, adjusted pitch wheel and modulation wheel. Cleaned all pots, connectors, switches and jacks. Cleaned all keyboard contacts. Calibrated all oscillators and tuned the A440. The keyboard has been kept in the studio, where it was lightly played and never used on the road. The keyboard operates and oscillators tune up and then plays in tune."
