"This is the pre-Midi version running OS 1.6 - it autotunes without issue once it's been allowed to warm up. The power supply has been fully-recapped as part of the service.

It is in excellent working order, however there is a minor issue with the VCO 2 & 3 Vernier tuning pots. They work: you can coarse/fine tune the oscillators using the coarse/fine tune concentric knobs, but sometimes when just turning the fine tune, the vernier doesn't pick up the coarse tune. The functionality of the synth is fine (I'd not spotted this as a problem). Usually, you can turn the fine tune and the coarse tune moves (slowly) so it's possible to only use the fine tune control - lots of spinning will adjust the coarse tune gradually. In practice, this isn't something I find myself wanting to do, so feel this to be a very minor issue, but worth noting."

"As its premier offering in the modular synthesizer world, the K4815 Pattern Generator by Kilpatrick Audio packs incredible power into a small 20HP Eurorack module that offers virtually unlimited creative potential for modular players. The K4815 can produce notes and varying control voltages for a wide range of musical applications. Its unique approach to music creation is sure to have you finding new melodies and rhythms never heard before. Unlike a step sequencer, where the player picks each note in a sequence, the K4815 creates sequences by combining a scale, a visual pattern (as shown on the display) and a sequence playback motion to determine the rhythms and notes that are actually played. Other parameters can adjust the note and sequence length, as well as the transposition, direction of playback, and so on."

"This is the TB-303 clone Made in Germany by German synth maker MAM (Music And More). This synth gets you very close to the 303 sound without the crazy price tag.

It is an analog monophonic bass synthesizer with MIDI implementation to allow you to create 303-like bass lines from your sequencer.
Its single VCO offers the same two basic waveforms as the TB-303: a sawtooth and square wave which can be mixed together for a
more interesting tone than the 303 could originally produce.

VCO tuning,
Filter frequency cutoff
Resonance
Envelope mod amount
Envelope decay time
Accent intensity
24dB lowpass filter that also creates 18dB character
Auto-slide function
Separate input for filtering external signals"

"Another long boring ambient piece.

With the modular set-up my goal is to always capture 'moments'. Because of this I never have or take the time to set up the camera or anything like that. I just like to hit record, capture what comes out and then rip the patch cables out. That's what happened here so I made a little video of a cigarette burning in case you did want to stare at the screen while you listen..............."
