One synth that sounds like four! Impulse Command from Analogue Solutions // Superbooth 2019
Published on May 18, 2019 DivKidVideo
"My head turned when I heard what sounded like four synth layers playing. Two synth parts in stereo, noise hits, percussive hits etc all out of a single Impulse Command from Analogue Solutions. The way the stereo filter works and sequencing works to inject pitch modulation, noise, unique filter steps and settings creates a lot of dynamic and interesting patterns very quickly. Impressive work with that classic vintage analogue synth vibe that we know from Analogue Solutions in a performance friendly 'tweakers' synth."
QD Quad Drum with samples, synthesis, compression + more from VPME // Superbooth 2019
Published on May 18, 2019 DivKidVideo
"It's always a pleasure to see Vlad from VPME although I was gutted we missed the blue hair spray on the last day. He looked rather dapper with a sprayed on blue rinse vibe going on at the start of Superbooth. The QD is a quad drum voice that can playback samples or use on board synthesis to play and create percussion sounds with control over pitch, decay and volume. The sounds mix down in stereo with EQ, mutes, compression, level and pan controls. It's a performable, shapable, modulatable four part drum machine. Lovely stuff!"
Beautiful wide ranging clean tones to harsh noise from the E-RM Polygogo // Superbooth 2019
Published on May 18, 2019 DivKidVideo
"The new E-RM Polygogo is a wide ranging digital stereo oscillator for Eurorack with an analogue waveshaper/folder section. It reads the X and Y positions of polygons (shapes) to derived different tones in stereo. Modulation of the shapes, harmonics, FM etc take this thing from clean soft waves, soft but rich FM through to all out noise and more chaotic aliased radio interference sounds at high tunings. I was really impressed by the range and I'm looking forward to seeing how this one progresses."
Daniel Miller Mute Records Modules 'Stumm' and 'Makrow' with FSS // Superbooth 2019
Published on May 18, 2019 DivKidVideo
"It was delighted to hear that Future Sound Systems ( FSS ) would be collaborating and working with Daniel Miller of Mute Records. Their two new Eurorack modules Stumm and Makrow presented at Superbooth provide performance friendly ways to mute, group, shift and morph pretty much anything in a modular system. That's always excited, fresh and welcome and I'm really looking forward to trying these out in my own system."
MODULAR TECHNO!!! Steady State Fate Eurorack modules // Superbooth 2019
Published on May 18, 2019 DivKidVideo
"Any booth at a show playing great sounds and music is bound to draw people to it. This year at Superbooth 2019 Andrew of SSF / Steady State Fate gave us a nice slab of modular techno, getting rid of the technical side of demos and jamming out some great sounds on his modules. The upcoming Zero Point Oscillator with plenty of FM and wave shaping mixed with the Stereo Dipole set against the Entity drums and a few other choice modules gave us a chunky slab of thick synth sounds and pounding drums."

Korg NTS-1 Digital Synthesizer Sounds SuperBooth 2019
Published on May 17, 2019 Perfect Circuit
"Korg had this interesting mini synthesizer at SuperBooth 2019. It is the NTS-1 and uses the same oscillator technology as the Minilogue XD and Prologue's digital oscillator so "user waves" could be loaded onto it."
Korg Nu:Tekt NTS-1
Tiptop Audio Echoz Delay Module Sounds SuperBooth 2019
