"The OB-8 is the last version in the OB series made by Oberheim in California. 8 voices, MIDI capability, the mysterious Page 2 functions, 120 patches of memory, amazing factory presets, pitch and modulation controls...it stops short of nothing. Much easier to work on than previous brethren and more reliable, too. Fat lead sounds, golden metallic brass sounds, airy flute sounds, sounds like you're bopping along on coconuts... sounds upon sounds! Oh yeah - arpeggiator? Yep and it's killer. Countless artists, countless recordings..."

"Beautiful Cocoquantus 2, with envelope follower. This is a truly special piece... Comes with power supply but can use 9v battery as well for portable looping."

"Super sorry if it's a little blown out. Still figuring stuff OUT.
Compressor is making things a little heavy, and there's very little method to the madness of showing off these patches, but one of the best features of the Prologue is the easy patch sorting options!"
