custom-built MidiBox Seq V4 sequencer.
Specs below. Note these are DIY only. Commercial release is forbidden by MIDIBOX. Typically you will find one-off builds for sale here and there for those not into DIY. This would be one of them. I haven't seen this particular design before. It reminds me of the new Roland Jupiter-Xm.

"This particular unit is in overall good cosmetic shape. Nice and clean, with only a few blemishes. The outer part of the power cable where it meets the unit is exposed, but can be easily fixed and does not affect functionality. All original knobs, sliders, buttons and inputs are present and accounted for. No writing or etching on the synth.
As far as functionality goes, this synth works at about 99%. The owner who I bought it from says that it was serviced- tone is super stable, all keys work without retriggering, and all functions work. It sings, it plays easily, it’s a powerful instrument that is ready to go. The only thing I had an issue with was when the decay knob was almost all the way down (close to 0), the note would sometimes double trigger. This was something you would only notice if you were looking for it with extensive testing. Move it up a hair or two and it’s no problem.
People go crazy over the 101, the 09, the 02... and although the 101 is great for acid, all of these are child’s play compared to this animal. Earth shaking, silky smooth bass forever. Same diode type filter as what’s in the famed TB-303!
Also, this is the US version- meaning it does not need a voltage converter! Just plug it into the wall and you’re good to go."

"The 6 voice analog and organ synthesizer from Crumar has 2 DCO oscillator that feature saw, square, and, a mix of the two as well as a unison mode and, additionally a unique mode called Alternate Saw/Sq mode which alternates the voices between square and sawtooth waveforms.
The instrument offers 6 VCF's and 6 VCA per voice and the LFO has an adjustable slope with delay controls, A different feature found on the Stratus is Octave Modulation mode where the LFO applies square wave pitch modulation over an entire octave. The Oscillator Glide is Crumar's Portamento mode with it's own features.
The keyboard is 49 key keyboard. No aftertouch or velocity but a joystick controller for pitch and modulation. No memory for saving user data but it does feature separate outputs for the organ and synth sections."
