This is an Electric Blue Edition, sn EB0728, and although there a few small nicks in the finish, it is ready to set sail. Is that good for sailing metaphors? I hope so. Synth is tested, sounds and functions wonderfully, and will be lovingly packed. Includes Moog ATA Case w/ wheels and handle and 'Voyager' branded dust cover."

Dreadbox Typhon Meets Elektron Digitone

"I borrowed a friends Elektron Digitone for a week and experimented with connecting the Typhon to it directly.
The Digitone has 4 midi tracks besides it's 4 internal FM engine based tracks, i wrote a simple midi pattern to trigger the Typhon.

They make a good pairing i think."

It's very hands-on, you can get lost tweaking it.

Dreadbox Typhon - is the screen and slider interface a pain to use?


"I saw quite a lot of concerns about the screen and slider interface that the Typhon uses, so, as there is not a lot of these synths out in the wild at the moment i thought I'd try to make a video showing it being tweaked by a rather average user - me!

I think it's pretty simple to use, and is mostly one page that you scroll left and right through, though sometimes you have a second page, but that's not on many functions.

Anyway, hope this video is helpful! : )"

"With some help from my good buddy JW OTTO I finally hacked the MUSON SYNTHESIZER! No bending = super safe diy. It’sstill a pain to use.. but a cooler pain now (insertcoolemoji)"

So that's how the Muson works. Interesting hack. The colored "switches" or rather patch points have different levels of resistance to alter the pitch and sequence. So why not make replacement switches with knobs/potentiometers to attenuate the connection?

The Model:Cyles is the source for all the percussion, leads, and chords while the SE-02 is the proud supplier of the bassline.
