Deckard's Continuum Dream
Christophe Duquesne
"A Deckard's Dream controlled by a Continuum in MPE mode (with some additional help from a Kijimi, a NDLR and Valhalla Supermassive).
I was kindly lent a Deckard's Dream and a Kijimi from Black Corporation: for quite a long time, I wanted to try the Deckard to control it with a Continuum and the result is quite impressive. It's very different from the Eagan Matrix (the internal engine of the Continuum) and brings a very interesting set of colors ... and of course, it has this signature sound that triggers some memories (and, by the way, the Valhalla Supermassive I use here, as all Valhalla DSP effects, is really a must have). The MPE implementation of the Deckard is a bit unusual, but Ok for the Continuum, and a great thing is that, as for the Eagan Matrix, a single control can influence several parameters, each with its specific range, which is highly important for expression, and you manage to get an interesting mix of your own control and the legacy envelopes and LFO (that you usually play with your fingers on a Continuum).
In the video, the Kijimi is controlled by an NDLR by Conductive Labs, also a pretty nice combo."
Aquifex - Artiphon Orba 1st Demo - internal sounds and looper
SynthAddict
"Artiphon Orba first demo, internal sounds and looper only, custom set of presets loaded from the Orba iPhone app (several sets come with the app already).
Another video showcasing some MIDI control of iOS apps over Bluetooth coming shortly."
See the Artiphon label below for more.
Update: a couple of screenshots of the iPhone app interface and additional details via SynthAddict:
"Artiphon Orba first demo, internal sounds and looper only, custom set of presets loaded from the Orba iPhone app (several sets come with the app already).

Internal looper has control over tempo and octave, but the 4 layer recordings (drum, bass, chord, and lead) aren’t quantized.
The internal gyro and accelerometer allow various changes to modulation or timbre, and a simple bump can trigger another note as well (good for percussion). The 8 velocity pads (keys) in the ring can allow vibrato in one axis and filter cutoff in another. The modulation can be added after the layer is recorded as long as the recorder is still on.
Another video showcasing some MIDI control of iOS apps over Bluetooth coming shortly."

Astronauta Pinguim: The most beautiful card in the deck
HKW – Haus der Kulturen der Welt
Part of the video series “The Disappearance of Music”

Neat saying about the most beautiful card in the deck. Remember that before you criticize others.
Many of you might remember Astronauta Pinguim from previous posts here, and of course his website featuring interviews with classic experimental electronic musicians.

Prophet Rev2 Arps - Sub Phatty Lead - Sunday Synth Jam
Kamilotomusic
"Sunday Jams are back, baby! 😎
After taking a short summer break from jamming I'm back again for season two! I took some time off to go on vacation and to work on a new EP.
For this jam I started with pad layers from Serum, Omnisphere, ARP2600 + some piano from Labs by Spitfire Audio. The bass is coming from the CS80 plugin and after that I added the Rev2 arps and the lead with the Sub Phatty.
Hope you like this one, let me know what you think ❤️"

New Open Source CTAG TBD Eurorack Module
Creative Technologies
"CTAG TBD as in 'to be determined' is an open source eurorack audio module. All sounds and effects in this video are CTAG TBD, no extra processing!
It can be easily extended by your own DSP algorithms using a flexible c++ plugin architecture.
It's core feature is control of your plugin parameters through a web application UI and WiFi access. You basically log onto your TBD with a browser, choose your active plugin and modify its parameters. You can store patches per plugin. CTAG TBD recalls the last active plugins and patches upon reboot, so you continue making music where you left off.
All source (hw+sw) are available on https://github.com/ctag-fh-kiel/ctag-tbd
More introductory videos will be available on this channel soon, with specific focus on functionalities and how to add your own code.
If you are interested in beta hardware email contact@instrumentsofthings.com subject "TBD REQUEST"."
