Critter & Guitari - CyclesCycle (Organelle x Elektron Model:Cycles)

Critter & Guitari

"Time to groove! We recently got hold of an @Elektron Model:Cycles, our new favorite FM groovebox. Using the Organelle's Distributor patch, we layered arpeggiated samples together with a drum pattern from the Model:Cycles. MIDI sync these two instruments! Sequence the parameters of the Organelle!"

Hotz Box MIDI Translator - The Original Theoryboard

Sean McKee

"A history, overview and tutorial of the very rare Hotz Box MIDI Translator hardware and software, invented by Jimmy Hotz. I decided to make this video because the only videos I found were of people playing the Hotz Box, but there was really no information out there on how it worked, and on forums it was very misunderstood. Hopefully this video will provide enough insights to educate people interested in this system and how it can be used. If you'd like to get a custom system built of any size, Jimmy can add polyphonic aftertouch and other features. For more information visit www.jimmyhotz.com."

Micro Synth ParipiDestroyer with KORG volca beats & KP3+

Shangri-la S

Nice ending to the video.

"Hey Guys! I played a brand new micro synth "ParipiDestroyer" produced by DigiLogTokyo's sub-brand "Crazy Synth Kids". This cute and very tiny synthesizer provides intense bass sounds despite its cute looks. Paripi is the meaning of "Party People" This is so dope!
How you play is up to you. It is a size that you can carry anytime and anywhere in a real sense. In this video, I also used KORG Kaoss Pad KP3+. These choss effects fit well into the crazy synth!"

Pittsburgh Modular Halloween Patch Lab

Inside the Buchla Bongos

Todd Barton

"OK, Yes, I know . . . the universe doesn't need yet another Buchla Bongo video! But . . . I'm always drawn to the variety of sounds that unfold from the interplay of timbre, rhythms and accents. Enjoy!"
