These USB class-compliant high resolution midi controllers snap together with magnets, and are super flexible, they remember how you put them together and change their settings accordingly. The editor also knows how you snapped them together and allows you to simply configure the modules how you like.

"The MPC OS continue3s to evolve and we were allowed into the secret room to get a preview of the new 2.11 OS which will drop on June 23rd.

Andy Mac was on hand to show us through the new patch browser, ratchet, key grouping and FX that will be on the table come the date.

"Nikolas from Soundforce introduced us to a prototype of his newest creation - the SFC-8.

SFC-8 is designed as a 1-1 controller for Jupiter 8 plugins, and while the look and feel of the controller closely matches the original, it will work with other plugins and hardware synths as well. When it is available, Nikolas will provide a platform for users to configure all data and messages, adapting the SFC-8 to any software or hardware you throw at it. It will also come with pre-configured templates for various hardware synth, with 20 presets.

We also got a taste of the Micro DCO module, designed after the Juno DCOs with analogue oscillators under digital control and a slimmer design, and the S-LD a Linn drum sample module.

Kickain is the perfect pairing of a virtual analogue kick drum, reverb and side chain compressor. Designed to work in tandem simplifying rhythmic control over the dynamics of the music and intelligently managing low frequency artefacts, clashing frequencies or overlapping transients.

Poly Cinematic, Knobula's flagship module gets a firmware upgrade. It's a powerful compact poly synth that's simple to use with a dedicated knob or switch for each parameter. It boasts 7 oscillators per voice across 8 voices, and all the oscillators can be detuned for massive supersaw and beyond sounds. It also has an 8 chord memory, so you can access polyphonic sounds via CV gate.

"Tomas from Xor-Electronics welcomed us to his 80s/90s inspired booth, and after a look at his Hasslehof posters, we got a taste of his NerdSEQ sequencer.

The NerdSEQ is a tracker-style sequencer, with 8 tracks each with 3 CV and gate outs. there's 2 additional outputs for 4 audio tracks allowing sample sequencing and it does 4 Operator FM Synthesis. It even has an optional Video out should you wish to view the tracker interface on your old tv.

"Morgan from Worng Electronics introduced us to his new module, Mid-Side Plus.

Mid-Side Plus is a mid-side processor with through-zero control over stereo width on the mid-side to left-right conversion. It enables super-wide stereo by inverting instances of the differences between left and right channels, and with full CV control, it's capable of much more.

"Zach from ALM Busy Circuits introduced us to the ASQ-1, a new SH-101 style sequencer with pattern sequences for drums.

It has all the rests and slides of the classic step sequencer, but you get 2 of them, and they can be independently set to any length from 1 to 128 steps. There are also 4 pattern sequences for drums which go up to 64 steps each.
