video upload by marine records
"A little improvisation while recording a new track, searching for an appropriate solo. Even I am a poor keyboardist, this synthesizer provides me lot of fun.

Thanks for supporting the channel!
The new 2.0 update for the Minifreak and Minifreak-V includes the introduction of the sound store and I'm really happy to say that one of the free sound packs available at launch was one that I created called "Deserted Lands". You can install it via the Minifreak-V software or hear some short samples on Arturia's website here: https://www.arturia.com/sounds
In this video I'll explore each of the patches in the pack and talk a little about the intent behind them."

Playdate and Teenage Engineering TX-6
video upload by Luca Longobardi
"It's strange, isn't it?' the woman said in a pensive voice. 'Everything is blowing up around us, but there are still those who care about a broken lock, and others who are dutiful enough to try to fix it... But maybe that's the way it should be. Maybe working on the little things as dutifully and honestly as we can is how we stay sane when the world is falling apart.
(Haruki Murakami, Men without Women)
What I particularly love about these little instruments that I use to make music and that I show here is the feeling of being able to contain my world in the palm of my hand. And I consider this a superpower.
About this setup:
Playdate App Granular plays 5 different granular versions of a sample recorded with my piano through its on board mic, TX-6 plays sine waves (I muted/unmuted them live) and add its reverb magic."

Hardware Jams Weekend Challenge - GAS (Yamaha REX50)
video upload by SynthAddict
"Korg MS-20 mini, Korg SQ-1, Yamaha REX50, ATV aFrame, RC-505
A little last-minute improv of odd layered sounds - your mileage may vary but it was fun. :-)
It ran a bit longer than 5 min so feel free to fade out..."

ARP OMNI-2 with Lexicon PRIME TIME 93
video upload by CGMAGIK
"I've had both these units for quite some time now, but both needed repairs.
I got the ARP back around 1997 (for only $100 at the time!). It generally worked fine for many years, but was missing the bass voices and the XLR output didn't work. As time went on, it developed some sustaining note issues etc. The Lexicon was given to me in non-working condition around 2004. I brought it to a few people over the years to try and get it working but never with any luck. For the past few years, I have a had a great tech working on some synths and studio gear for me (check him out! - www.shooksound.ca) and he was able to bring the Prime Time to life! The Omni-2 had a complete make over. New key bushings, total re-cap, all new sliders and now works and sounds fantastic. I just got both of these back today and what better way to celebrate their new found life than to plug them in together for some sweet sounds. AND SWEET THEY ARE!"
