"Classic Drum Machine Emulation

DrumTraqs is a software instrument for Microsoft Windows (VST2/VST3/CLAP/AAX) and Apple macOS (VST2/VST3/CLAP/AU/AAX) simulating the classic Sequential Circuits Drumtraks drum computer from 1983. It is written in native C++ code for high performance and low CPU consumption.

Main features are:

Simulation of the original Z80 system used in the hardware

Original factory and some additional ROM samples

Old-school Pattern and Song building

Built-in stereo mixing options

SysEx and MIDI import/export

Resizable user interface (not "N" version!)

MIDI Learn – all parameters and buttons can be controlled by MIDI CC

Plug-in supports Windows and macOS

DrumTraqs is not intended to be the latest hot-stuff power drum plug-in with bells and whistles (although there are some bells), the most cunning AI-driven super- human composition assistance tool, nor the coolest mega spawn of those magical 80s sound machines. Instead it is a faithful recreation of the original hardware with all its limitations and only a few extensions. Don't be afraid of time travel - this is the way drum computers were handled more than 40 years ago!"

You can adjust the pitch of the snare, or turn off the kick and the cymbals to create some variations in your music. It is in perfect operational condition. Some light scratches and marks here and there. Comes with the original box."

"Here we have a very rare find for Gordy's Music. Out of a vintage collector estate we have been selling from for almost 4 years. We never know what is coming in but it is always superb vintage gear.

These 3 units are the cleanest I have seen for sale at the moment. They have been checked and tested by out technician of 38 years and he says they are in incredible condition and ready to ship."

"Recently was holistically serviced by Manfred Veber @ Vintage Synth Repair in Paris, France.

This is a particularly unique instance of the OB-Xa - manufactured between December 29, 1980 and January 4th, 1981. This early model is a bit of a hybrid where the architecture is a bit like the original OB-X, providing a unique blend and simply a unique instrument (when I acquired this unit originally, I was told it was thought to be a prototype of the OB-Xa).

This unit has been stored in a studio and well-maintained (i.e., plays like new, especially after the maintenance/servicing). Pricing accounts for the unit rarity and service/maintenance has been taken into account in the listing price."
