"The Yamaha SS30 is a vintage analog string synthesizer from the late 1970s, delivering lush ensemble textures and dual-channel stereo voicing in a uniquely expressive and musical package. Unlike some string synths of its time, the SS30 features two complete sound generators (one per stereo channel), offering rich chorusing and beautifully animated stereo depth.
This unit is in very good condition with some surface nicks in the chassis (shown in images), fully functional, and includes the original Yamaha-branded hard case. This unit is 100V (Japanese voltage) but a step-up power transformer is included for use with US voltage.

It allows the desirable expanded memory to let the user store up to 896 presets! Runs on version 3.5 offering plenty of modulation routings. Sounds phenomenal and stays perfectly in tune. Built in rugged steel chasis with custom finished black wood cabinet handcrafted in Moog Music — company that it's now gone, sadly. Gorgeous blue electroluminescent looking. In fantastic condition (see pics). As a bonus, also included on this listing is an original MOOG modular/Little Phatty jigsaw puzzle (unopened), plus a 70-min Moog DVD documentary film by Hans Fjellestad. It has original ARP upgrade PPC kit yet installed replacing the rotary pitch bend knob. A white overlay is provided for the signal flow diagram (see pictures). Optionally, as the original front panel graphics are gone, we’ve given it a nice touch with hand-painted gold detailing. Like its sibling the Odyssey, the AXXE has its own unique voice: while you’ll get that unmistakable ARP analog character, it also can opens the door to a variety of sounds — from thick, punchy basses to bright, sizzling leads — all for a fraction of the cost. Pristine condition - Fully functional, Comes assembled to a 13U rack.
Semblance / 4Voice is a self contained TRUE analogue synthesiser. The voice circuitry is entirely analogue, using all discrete and op-amp components. There is no voice DSP happening! Semblance / 4Voice has a similar sound and specifi cation to the classic Oberheim SEM, but with many improvements such as MIDI, Noise, more modulation. Note however, Semblance is not intended to be and is not a clone of the SEM. If you want a true SEM sound, buy a SEM! The 4Voice version has a Poly mode, to allow four the voices to be used as one big 4-voice poly synth"
