Moog Subsequent 37 | Synth Exploration & Raw Sequences [Synthesizer Demo]

video upload by Mr. Card Synths

"Moog Subsequent 37 | Synth Exploration & Raw Sequences [Synthesizer Demo] – a deep dive into the Moog Subsequent 37, exploring its raw analog character, driving sequences, and the massive low-end weight it’s known for. I’ve always loved taking this synth into rhythmic territory — gritty sequences, punchy basslines, evolving modulations, and aggressive tones that cut through a mix. The Subsequent 37 is perfect for this: hands-on sequencer, deep modulation routing, rich Moog filter, and a multidrive section that adds serious bite. In this exploration, you'll hear the pure, untamed power of the Subsequent 37 in action.

Reliq Review & Demo: The Ultimate Hybrid Control Surface?

video upload by Starsky Carr

"Gear featured in this patch:
Reliq hybrid control surface/sequencer/mixer
Erica Synths Black Wavetable VCO
Erica Synths PolyVCF (multi-mode filter)
[Knobula] Drum Farm percussion module"

"Reliq review & full demo: the hybrid control surface that's a 16x16 analog patch matrix, mixer, sequencer and two-way Ableton/Bitwig controller all in one box. Here's exactly how I use it in my rig.

Reliq calls itself a "hybrid control surface" because it's really four or more machines built into one unit: a 16-in/16-out analog audio & CV patch matrix, a mixer, a deep polyphonic sequencer with per-track LFOs and envelopes, and two-way DAW integration with Ableton Live and Bitwig. On top of that there's Song Mode, which lets you snapshot entire patch/matrix/sequencer states into blocks and chain them together for a full arrangement.

Rather than trying to cover every single feature (it's genuinely as deep as trying to demo all of Ableton or Logic in one video, and it keeps getting free updates - v1.8 just dropped), I'm showing you how I've actually used it to build the patch and track in this video, so you can see how the pieces fit together in a real-world workflow.

Korg NTS-4 Performance Mixer | SonicLAB Review

video upload by sonicstate

"We look at the ‪@KorgOfficial‬ Korg NTS-4, a compact Nu:Tekt performance mixer kit with audio interface. Assembly is simple, with clear instructions and no soldering.
It has two mono inputs, four stereo inputs, stereo send and return, cue monitoring, USB retrurn level, headphone output and a two-channel USB audio interface running at 24-bit/48kHz.

There are two FX engines, one on the send which includes delays, reverbs, chorus and a range of master effects such as filters, phaser, decimator, drive, distortion, compression and limiting.
These effects are fixed rather than expandable via the Logue SDK of others in the Nu:Tekt range , but they suit hands-on performance - albeit a little fiddly.

The cue system works pre-fader, giving a basic extra bus at a pinch.
USB ground loop noise is possible in some setups.

Price is around £200"

OP-XY + Roger That in a calm, glitchy moment together.

video upload by keinseier

"Generating new harmonic lines and harmonies is one of the strong suits of the OP-XY (just like the OP-Z) and maybe my favorite thing about it.
All melodies in this are generated on the fly, within certain parameters, of course.
Percussion routed out to the Fairfield Circuitry Roger that for some texture."

Electronica w/ OP-1 field Glitchy Rhythms & Overdubbed Instruments | Fun Time 2026-08-03 by atnr

video upload by atnr

"An electronica piece featuring glitchy rhythms with overdubbed synthesizers, piano, and guitar.

On the OP-1 field, synth pads and synth strings are performed. The synth pad performance is recorded and looped directly on the OP-1 field.

Each OP-1 field track is also recorded separately into Ableton Live via USB. Additional piano, guitar, and software synthesizer parts are recorded and layered in Ableton Live."

OAK Sampler Sampling and Effects (ASR-10 in Hardware)

video upload by oak sampler

"I love the ASR-10. I’m building a new hardware sampler inspired by the ASR-10. It can run the original Ensoniq ASR-10 OS and effects algorithms. This video shows sampling from external inputs and applying effects. Note the ASR-10 can live preview effects during sampling. This uses: Michael Sembello’s Maniac sample into Peele horror.

waitlist is open for the OAK-S37
