"This is a very rare Electrocomp 101 (Serial # 475) in a very good condition. It has been fully serviced and has no issues whatsoever.
I'm the third owner of this unit. Some mods were done in the 1970's by John Phelan, one of the engineers @ EML which makes this unit totally unique. Here's the functionality of the added 3 switches:
The switch near the Glide Control, multiplies and lengthens the glide time as the pitch slides from note to note. The switch below the filter turns the BP (bandpass) filter setting, into band reject (meaning it provides highpass and lowpass filtering simultaneously).
The switch next to the mixer changes the character of the noise (from white to pink)
I took great care of the unit and used it only in my studio. I'm selling it because I'm simply not using it at all. This 101 comes with original manual and documentation."
Note SN 475 was listed back in 2014.

ELEMENT Essentials: ELEMENT One Sound Design Tips - Bass
video upload by Modal Electronics
"Wonder how to sculpt a bass sound that cuts through with ELEMENT One? In this tutorial, we dive into bass sound design on the ELEMENT One—crafting the foundation for your tracks that is recognisable and unique. Using the synth's intuitive front-panel controls and the MODALapp for visual assistance, you'll learn how to select the right oscillator algorithms for weight and bite, shape filters to dial in that perfect low-end growl, fine-tune envelope curves for snap and sustain, and apply effects like drive, compressor and EQ to add presence and character to your bass patches."

Curves & Membranes 1.3.5 | Node Morphing, Expanded Oscillator Presets & Detune
video upload by Unusable Engineering
"A walkthrough of the new features in Curves & Membranes 1.3.5.
The old Wave Bézier Presets have been expanded and renamed Oscillator Presets. The eight slots now store considerably more of the oscillator state, which makes the sequencer capable of much deeper changes and morphing.
The main additions are:
Bézier to Node morphing stored independently in every slot
None, Clip and Fold modes stored per slot and affected by Preset Slew
a new detuned auxiliary oscillator, with Detune stored per slot
LFO and noise modulation settings stored in the oscillator slots
interpolation of all of these settings through Preset Slew
Copy and Paste for oscillator slots
double-clicking nodes or handles to return them to the vertical center
improved CC4 / foot-controller handling
This means a single sequence can now move between Bézier and Node geometry, introduce or remove folding, change detune, and alter LFO modulation while the waveform itself is also changing.
There are some sound examples through-out the video, and some more focussed ones in the middle of the video, followed by the new workflow features and the updated CC4 / foot-control behavior.
A fair amount of oscillator-core optimization also went into making the additional processing possible while keeping CPU use under control.
