First try at making music for FM synthesis

video upload by MIDI IN

"I'm very happy that Ed Brindley has made this FM sound module for the RC2014 and similar computers. This is the technology used in early PC soundcards and synthesisers like the DX1000. This is my first go at tracking music for this sound card. I used Furnace Tracker, exported to .vgm and ran Ed's music player to play it. You're hearing the capture from the new sound card.

"Building a cheap Jupiter 8 from two JP-08 modules I rarely use. I've tried to emulate as much of the original Jupiter 8 onto the front panel, although I've made some concessions because of the way the JP-08 is controlled over MIDI."

Marion Systems Tom Oberheim SEM PRO MIDI&CV SN 0946 w/ Original Box

Note Marion Systems on the box.

"This is a Marion System SEM PRO, reissued by Tom Oberheim and purchased in 2016.

It is a one-owner item with no major scratches or damage.
Only the SEM PRO features Tom Oberheim's handwritten signature.

The original box is included, but the internal custom foam padding is missing.
The base of the adapter looked fragile, so it was reinforced with tape. Since it's a 24V adapter, the Marion System logo was laser-engraved to prevent mix-ups.
This adapter itself is made by Akizuki Tsusho. If you prefer a pristine unit, please purchase it directly from them."
