"The new Leipzig V3 synthesizer has arrived for 2021.

Taking its cues from the legendary and distinctive Leipzig line of synthesizers, the V3 is truly 'evolutionary' and now features the same convenient footprint as our acclaimed Impulse Command desktop synthesizer - while capturing the same raw, ballsy, complexly rich sound as its Leipzig predecessors.

Version 3 combines features from both the Leipzig-SK as well as the mountable Leipzig v2, including patch points for additional sound design and connection possibilities. For example, you can drive the synth via an external CV sequencer or patch it to other modules in your Eurorack case.

"Impulse Command is a stereo analogue monosynth with dual oscillators, dual filters, MIDI and analogue sequencing and bags of modulation. There's a lot of long sound demonstrations in here as I take you through it. Spoiler - it's a fabulous machine.

"Ample is a new synth by renowned designer Tom Carpenter of Analogue Solutions. I would describe it as being quintessentially Analogue Solutions. It has that iconic, luxurious sound that has carried through every machine Tom has created, this time coming with a particularly beautiful LPF and an array of generous interface and performance controls.

I spent a month with this on loan from AS and enjoyed my time with it. While possibly not my favourite AS synth (that for me is the Impulse Command), this is certainly a synth worth your attention if you're a fan of vintage tones bursting with vibrancy and soul."

"These just arrived this morning, just finishing setting them up and hope to have something musical put out by tomorrow evening or Saturday at the latest :)
I'd parted with quite a bit of AS gear and really regretted it so am rebuilding :) All synth sounds are AS Telemark."

"This may or may not be tuneful, but it was a sunny day in Northern Ireland I had a few beverages and played about in the Shed with the new toys and came up with this. I'll give it a more detailed examination when I'm thinking straighter :)

It's a brief play about with the IC being modulated and transposed by the Generator sequencer."

"Here's some more live random studio chaos. It's more analogue sequencer jamming, where all synths and sequencers are being fed high octane CV.

Nothing is mixed in a DAW or processed, but is simply recorded via a summing mixer.

Scattered Analogue Solutions' Impulse Command, Vostok 2020, Fusebox, Nyborgs 12 and 24, and another Telemark snare this time around...

Generator and Oberkorns are running the sequencing duties per usual."

"True stereo analogue synth / sonic realiser. Perfect for melodic and percussion loops. Very easy (and fun!) to create modular style analogue loops. It’s a complete sound track all by itself!

It’s wrong to call it a synthesizer (in fact a new word needs to be invented) because then you get preconceived ideas about what it does. It’s a whole lot more than a synth. It’s also part drum synth, part pattern generator, part modular loop producer.

All its unique features plus the 2 independent LPFs give this machine the ability produce stereo loops that sound like multiple synths playing at once."
