The Electro-Harmonix Grand Canyon meets the Roland JD-XA!
This is a simple BASS to Sci-Fi FX Demo. The Grand Canyon is in
MOD mode, modulation is added with Trails & Ping-Pong.
This is the coolest unit for delay FX I have used in a while. GET ONE!
I had G.A.S. the moment I saw the Grand Canyon! It is A+ on my list!
And of course themeets Roland JD-XA is very awesome!

Kebu - Just Another Space Odyssey (Roland Keyboard Rig)

"In this video I perform "Just Another Space Odyssey" with an all-Roland keyboard rig, controlled by the Fantom's sequencer. The first two minutes of the tune is built up in real-time, by recording MIDI notes and looping them back. At 2:20, I start triggering pre-recorded MIDI sequences from the Fantom and play along with them.

Roland Fantom 6, Jupiter X, Jupiter Xm, System 8, JD-XA, TR-8S, TR-808, Alpha Juno 1 & 2 and SE-02

The audio was recorded in one take, but the video was edited from multiple takes."

I am a HUGE fan of Duran Duran & I love Nick Rhodes so I had to
do a little demo of these awesome patches! I have owned many of
the synthesizer models Nick Rhodes played & collected, (not his) but
the same models he loved: Roland Jupiter-8, Alesis Andromeda,
Crumar Performer & I currently own the Roland V-Synth & JD-XA.
I wonder if he owns the Roland Jupiter-X yet?

I love the JD-XA, it is from another world...
Just like the Meteorites I collect, it is super cool, unique & beautiful!
I love how DEEP this synth is, the real synth heads will love it, others
honestly would not know what to do with it. It's a TRIP.
I'm sure even an Alien race would think it is advanced for sonic
creation. I bet there are a few JD-XA's that actually have made it
secretly into space and are being played on other worlds...

editor & controller. Very cool & useful today, these units
still fetch over $550 without any expansions & is featured
onboard in the new Roland Jupiter-X & Jupiter-Xm.

I love the JD-XA, it really is unique. Super powerful!
This video I demo the Analog Engine, 1 OSC Poly Stacked.
I am using the "Master" outputs, not the "DRY" output.
That'll be in one of my next videos! I think this is a dream!
The JD-XA is a MUST HAVE for the serious producer or
sound designer. A Future CLASSIC for sure!
