Vintage Oberheim Modular Synthesizer SEM - Pro-expanded

via this auction
"echnical details: The SEM is mounted in a 5RU 19" rack case and contains an internal power supply with an IEC AC connector on the rear panel. There is a custom 1/4" patch panel on the right side that brings out the patch points of the SEM signal flow. This allows you to use the synthesizer in a more modular fashion. The patch panel also contains 8vb and 16vb suboscillator circuitry for each oscillator, each with a volume pot for the suboscillator level. There is also a mixer on each panel as well as a 3-jack mult for modular patching. Ultra bright Blue LEDs. See the photos of the panel for full detail. The customs panels are ENGRAVED (not silkscreened) with each function's name in silver. The custom panels use Cosmo knobs for the pots, the same knobs as found on the iconic Moog synthesizers. These modules will interface nicely with a Moog modular system or even the newer Moog Music products that have patch points available. Of course they will also work with any analog modular synthesizer -- new or old -- provided you can get the patch cables to 1/4" (many companies such as Synthesizers.com sell adapter modules). Work was completed by a respected Los Angeles Synthesizer tech."

Roland SH-1000

via this auction - this is the one from this video

"Roland Sh1000manual

The Sh1000 has historical value being the first synth Roland made but it is also a great little monophonic synth. As Marc Doty below says , dont believe everything thats written or said on the net cause its just one persons opinion. Use you own eyes and ears to evaluate what you like. The presets sound great and can be changed by frequency mod /amp mod. The synth section is very easy to use and you have great control over sound shaping . All parts of the users synthesis section are easy to use and have a very unique sound . The filter section is especially good sensitive ,powerful and raw. it also has some very unique controls such as random noise switch which can be modulated in a number of ways.Very stable tuning with easy access to 3 tuning points ; the pitch knob on the front section (up a 5th /down 5th ) , overall tuning pot on the input section and a tuning pot on the bottom of the keyboard for adjusting the pitch spread of the octaves .

The Sh1000 up for sale is in remarkable condition, as near mint as your going to get for such an old instrument. Its 100% fully working and comes with the original case(even the key) and sheet music stand. I think its a really beautiful instrument."

Youtubetech - original track, kind of techno, house

YouTube via grauoliv

"Okay, nothing very special. This is the third and final take. First the audio was bad, then the video. This time I got it! Live techno jam with pre-programmed sequencing with Manikin Schrittmacher, MAM SQ-16 and Yamaha RY-30. Bass from Moog LP and DSI Mopho, Strings from Virus and Micro Q, Percussion from Drumstation, RY-30 and Akai MPC 500. Last jam in my 2008 studio setup. Now it's getting rebuild for more efficency. The track is inspired by ripe909 who really does a great job with his tracks & videos here on youtube."
