My First Micron Video

YouTube via 86scirocco8v
"A little sample of some of my favourite Alesis Micron patches.

I went to my faves folder and went through all the patches while jamming to each one, afterwards I cut down the 25 minutes worth of footage to the 6 mins you see here, editing out all the horrible playing in between :)

Most of the patches are either stock or downloaded with a few of them being my own creations.

More videos coming soon. Thanks for watching!"

My first Roland Juno 106 (HS-60) Demo

YouTube via 86scirocco8v
"My first Juno 106 video.

In the pictures you see my Roland HS-60 which is a Juno 106 with built in speakers, the sound engine is exactly the same.

I created a midi file and then let it play while I tweaked the synth live.

Sorry for the lack of video, I thought I pushed record but then at the end of it all I noticed that I forgot. Luckily the audio did get recorded. I will make sure to press it for the next video :)"

Roland SH 32 - Experimenting with (PW) Pulse Width waveforms

YouTube via 86scirocco8v
"Just having some fun playing with pulse wave oscillators on a Roland SH 32.

This could be extremely boring/annoying for those not into synthesis :)

I enjoyed making this video and hope to make some more soon. If you have any requests or suggestions for future videos let me know!"

Using Tattoo's MIDI Output to drive a Drum Rack in Ableton Live

YouTube via AudioDamage001
"This brief tutorial shows how to set up a drum rack to receive MIDI from Tattoo, so that you can use Tattoo's sophisticated grid sequencer and randomization on other sounds. You can also use this method to double or replace individual sounds from Tattoo, while still using the internal sounds. Note that this is only applicable to the VST version, as the AU version doesn't have MIDI out."

Another Analog Modular Synth Noodle

YouTube via bchris1776
"A short clip of my DIY Analog Modular Synthesizer . No Midi, Keyboard, knob twisting, overdubs or computer - It's playing on its own in real time.
Module designs from MFOS, CGS, Electro-Music.com, Ian Fritz and others.

Ian Fritz 5Pulser Waveshaper Demo

YouTube via bchris1776
"This is a very simple demo of the Ian Fritz 5Pulser 'voltage controlled waveshaper. It's based on the LM3914 display driver chip. This is a really unique waveshaping circuit - and despite my lack of imagination in this demo - I'm looking forward to using it to great effect in my modular patches.

Info on this circuit can be found at http://www.electro-music.com/forum/vi...
and the PC board is available through bridechamber.com

In this demo, audio in is a steady sawtooth waveform. CV1 is the random output of a sequencer, CV2 is an LFO sine wave."
