"Comes with the latest OS (1.1.0) and a PDF version of the User Manual. Original Power Supply which has always worked perfectly."
Be sure to see The Fizmo Fix if you ever consider picking up a Fizmo. I forget if the rack version had an updated regulator. If anyone knows, feel free to comment.

555 Optical Envelope Generator with Kat
YouTube Uploaded by sonodrome on Jan 3, 2012
"Kat takes a quick look at a new circuit design. This circuit uses a single 555 timer to generate an envelope which controls the brightness of an LED. The LED is then coupled with an LDR, allowing the envelope to control the amplitude and pitch of an audio oscillator.
Here's a link to the schematic:

In this particular implementation the frequency control is quite sensitive to impedance on the audio output, to get consistent pitch modulation we recommend using a buffer on the audio output."

YouTube Uploaded by ISOTROPOSPHERE on Jan 3, 2012
"Make Noise Maths module using the patch described in the manual for the bouncing ball experiment plus a little more.
The first retraction of the FOH Choices joystick sounds to me like the beginning to the Dr. Who theme, anyone else?
Having fun with the modular. :-)"

Note the Technosaurus blue pattern case.
"Vermona modular qMI module testing and fun.
Midi from the Korg Z1 arpeggiator to the qMI. Z1 audio present as well.
qMI gate and cv going to Tip Top Z3000 osc. and the Intellijel HEXvca.
Z1 mod. wheel sending cv from qMI to the Synthicon filter.
1/16 midi clock out from the qMI to the Make Noise Rene sequencer.
Rene sending gate and cv to the Tip Top Z3000 mkII osc.
Mild moves in the beginning from the Z1 mod. wheel to the synthicon filter.
Fun mostly using Rene to control synth patch 2 here.
Enjoy, comments Welcome.
Thank you to Chuck and Antonio at Noisebug for their prompt shipping of the module so I could get it before the New Years Holiday."
