Berlin, February 22th, 2012 – Native Instruments today released EVOLVE, a KONTAKT-based instrument created by premier sound design house Heavyocity, the team behind DAMAGE and the EVOLVE MUTATIONS series.

EVOLVE offers a full-scale resource for cinematic sound design that brings together a vast selection of sounds, rhythms and FX, designed specifically for film composers and sound designers. With approximately 6 GB of sample content, EVOLVE provides a go-to resource for premium quality cinematic sounds, textures and ambiences. A huge variety of styles are included in the instrument, ranging from punchy beats for dramatic tension, atonal stings for added suspense, or serene melodic lines for intricate tonal sequences.

The universally acclaimed EVOLVE was previously only available from Heavyocity, the leading sound design house who also created DAMAGE and the EVOLVE MUTATIONS series in partnership with Native Instruments. Rare ARP 2600 Gray Meanie

"Rare ARP 2600 Gray Meanie synthesizer. I have owned this instrument since 1971. It is in very good shape and has been maintained by Phil Cirocco of CMS Discrete Synthesizers after Tonus closed. The electronic condition of the instrument is excellent and the cosmetic condition of the instrument is very good with only a few minor scratches. All sliders and modules work but the instrument may need tuning and slider lubrication. "

"LUMINA SLIDER UPGRADE - This upgrade includes 34 high quality sliders featuring super smooth action with high accuracy. These highly stable illuminated sliders transform your unreliable old doorstop into a precision instrument on par with the ARP 2600. The difference in reliability and accuracy is astonishing! The illumination is optional and the color coded sliders are clearly visible without the illumination.
This mod also features dynamic function of the LEDs in the LFO, ADSR and AR sections. The LFO rate is indicated by a flashing LFO slider. The ADSR and AR sliders conveniently reflect the envelope generator output voltages. This also gives you helpful visual feedback when triggering the unit from an external source.

POWER SUPPLY UPGRADE - The existing power supply in your Odyssey is underpowered. Upgrading the power supply will improve oscillator stability and reduce cross talk between audio circuits. My Tech removed the stock power supply and install an oversize, high current, fast response time, low noise, power supply to supply plenty of clean current to the system. This power supply can also easily supply the additional current needed for the Lumina illuminated sliders eliminating the need for the external wall wart :)"
