New Tiptop Audio MIXZ Analog Mixer Module

Published on Dec 27, 2013 Tiptop .Audio·48 videos

"Patch it with no cables!!! (:"

http://tiptopaudio.com

Update: Module overview pic added below via the MIXZ page.

The key to this module: "Tiptop Bus Mix is a new method we have developed to mix audio signals through the Eurorack power buss board without patch cables, a little bit of magic, eh? Although this technique is not ideal for a low-noise mix, we found it to be useful for some applications including mixing our drum modules, which all have a Bus Mix enabled output. The result is that your drum modules are always available and mixed on the master out of the MIXZ with a flip of a switch. this will save you time and frees up cables for repatching sounds again and again, while keeping the channels of MIXZ free to bring other signals into the mix."

"I found a use for one of the cv outputs of the QuNexus that solved an old technical problem for me and fit brilliantly on the Minimoog. Not your typical use of a QuNexus, but then is there such a thing?"

Oberheim sequencer in there as well.

New Ginko Synthese VCSQ Voltage Controlled Sequencer

via Jan on The MATRIXSYNTH Lounge

"Soon available on www.ginkosynthese.com... the VCSQ
A voltage controlled sequencer to be controlled by the TTLFO...

What it does:
it is transforming a cv signal into a sequence; every voltage step of 0.625V gives a next step on the sequencer. It is internal connected by the TTLFO via a wire. And playing with the distort knob gives nice changes in the sequence.
If you put in a sine wave the sequence is bouncing.

We have finished the final design today and will order pcb's in the first week of januari."
