The listing states this was the 1st digtally controlled analog synth. Not sure what aspect of the synth it's referring to. The Prophet-5 was the first poly analog with a digital processor.  The Oberheim OB-1 didn't have a processor but did have a form of digital patch memory.  The first synth with digital control was likely the PPG 1003.  There were some others as well.  See this post on the world's first programmable synths for more including some words from Tom Oberheim, Dave Smith and Wolfgang Palm.

"For your consideration is the very rare Oberheim MS-1A Mini-Sequencer.
The MS-1A has been in use in my non0smoking studio for the past few years and shows some cosmetic wear and alterations.(see pics).
The sequencer is fully tested and completely functional.
It was serviced by a professional about a year ago.
As far as vintage analog sequncers go, it has a surprising amount of useful features such as:
- 2 independent, but synchronized, sequences
-Sample and Hold (which is also synchronized by the internal clock, so it's in time with the sequnces)
-Clock output
-External clock input
-Noise output"
