Buchla 291e A Section
Published on Dec 2, 2014 Todd Barton
"I'm slowing getting back into the 291e. This is just a simple demo of the A Section of the Triple Morphing Filter. The multi-functionality blows me away: 3 independent or ganged together Filters, 3 Eight-stage filter sequencers, 3 VCAs and you can also turn it into an oscillator!"

Alesis HR16b Drum machine Sounds
Published on Dec 2, 2014 Synth Universe
"A quick demo using all the sounds in the HR16b set in various patterns. I have two HR16s and one has the sound chips from the HR16b which are more electronic sounding than the original sounds. I hate the claps on both units! I will put up a video for the original HR16 sounds.
What do you think of this drum machine? I've been wanting to get one of these for years just for one of the kicks on the original machine.
Because they are so old they usually come with their own problems, namely double triggering sounds, having to hit the pads really hard to make a sound, cleaning the dirt off the internal contacts so the buttons work, etc. I think the HR16 is a decent machine, a lot better than the Yamaha RX8 but nothing too special."
