Easel in the dust / a Buchla Music Easel improvisation without external FX.

Published on Oct 6, 2016 maxitobandito

"This video starring the Buchla Music Easel and it's built spring reverb only. In this video I didn't want to use other effects like external reverb or delays as the Easel's spring reverb sounds beautiful itself. I hope you enjoy it and feel free to comment or to share."

"Nick Kwas from Korg demonstrates the Korg ARP Odyssey at Kraft Music.

The ARP Odyssey duophonic analog synthesizer from Korg preserves the basic design of the original while offering evolved functionality for the modern musician. The original ARP Odyssey was produced from 1972 until 1981, and garnered a faithful following. With the advisory assistance of David Friend, the co-founder of ARP Instruments, Korg has completely reproduced the original circuitry for artists looking to recreate classic sounds and explore new ones. The filters of all three generations of the Odyssey are provided, as well as the portamento behaviors of Rev1 and Rev2/3. The Korg ARP Odyssey features a compact body, highly operable sliders, and a slim keyboard that's easy to play. New features include a Drive switch and both MIDI and USB connections. Patch cables are included for CV connections, as well as a custom semi-hard case. The ARP Odyssey keyboard is available in the Rev3 black/orange color scheme as well as limited edition Rev2 black/gold.

The ARP Odyssey Module provides the exact same panel and feature set as the keyboard version, with the same size layout, faders, and switches in a convenient desktop package. The Odyssey Module is available in both Rev1 "whiteface" cosmetics and Rev3 black/orange panel.

Kraft Music's exclusive Korg ARP Odyssey BUNDLES ship with all the accessories you need to go along with your new analog synthesizer. If you have any questions, please give us a call. Our knowledgeable sales advisors will be happy to assist in choosing the right money-saving synth BUNDLE for you!"

Shades of Techno - Moog Little/Slim Phatty Soundbank Tutorial - 5Pin Media

Published on Oct 6, 2016 Loopmasters

"5Pin Media proudly announces ‘Shades of Techno - Moog Little/Slim Phatty Soundbank’, (http://bit.ly/shadesoftechno) debuting their new Soundbank series. Soundbank will be bringing musicians and producers the best in up to date sounds for popular modern hardware synths spanning various genres and styles.

About Shades Of Techno - Moog Little/Slim Phatty Soundbank

Shades of Techno contains 100 presets compatible with Moog Little Phatty Tribute/Stage I and II, Slim Phatty synthesizers. The presets are provided both as a whole soundbank, as well as individual patches, all in .syx format. You'll need a MIDI interface and a SysEx application to load the bank into your instrument.

Most of the patches are designed in a way that yields itself best towards sequencing. Of course the patches can also be played by hand (the bank contains a number of one-shot fx and percussive sounds), but the best results are obtained by programming tight, sequenced patterns.

About Producer Adam Pietruszko

Shades of Techno Soundbank has been crafted by elite sound designer and audio engineer Adam Pietruszko.

Adam hails from Warsaw where he teaches synthesis and sound design at the Academy of Audio Engineering. At the the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology his teaching covers sound synthesis, acoustics, electroacoustics, digital audio theory and music production.

His journey in electronic music began in 2003 when he started spinning vinyl in Warsaw clubs, later turning to synthesizers and production. He is the creator of numerous award winning sample libraries and synthesizer soundbanks focusing on the field of cinematic effects, picture scoring and electronic music. He combines analog and digital synthesizer techniques with percussion and field recordings, as well as physical modeling and experimental audio creation. His works also include tutorial videos on synthesizer programming and sound design.
