"Works good. But, it needs to be tuned frequently. The included Service Manual has the procedures on how to do this. Also includes "Musical Registrations" booklet, sales receipt for the two booklets and corrections to the Service Manual sheet.

It produces unique sounds unlike most synths. The closest I've heard is the ARP Pro-Soloist/DGX. But, the Syntorchestra also has additional polyphonic voices which the Pro-Soloist lacks.

Polyphonic voices: Trombone, Trumpet, Piano, Viola
Monophonic voices: Tuba, Trombone, Trumpet, Baritone Sax, Alto Sax, Bass Flute, Flute, Piccolo, Violin
Controls:
- Volume Poli
- Volume Mono
- Brilliance Poli
- Brilliance Mono
- Vibrato Speed
- Vibrato Mono on/off
- Vibrato Poli on/off
- Vibrato Delay on/off
- Soffiato (soft attack) amount
- Decay amount
- Portamento Timer (amount)
- Mono drop down none, 3rd, 5th, 6th knob
- Mono Pitch +/-
- Poli Cancel on/off
- Mono Cancel
- Portamento Constant on/off
- Portamento Temporary on while pressed down
- Mono Wha Wha on/off
- Soffiato or Decay selector

There is a separate output jack for Poli voices which is why they stated "Stereo" on the front panel."

Dreadbox Murmux v2 Analog Synth - More Screwing Around

Published on Nov 12, 2016 ProckGnosis

"Just playing around with the Murmux v2. Just can't say it enough how THICK this thing sounds, and I think the video demonstrates that quite nicely.

Someone mentioned in a post that they think this thing rivals a Minimoog Model D. Well, I don't have a model D, but I have a Voyager, and yes, this thing competes quite nicely."

FAT Freebass analog bass synthesizer

"The Freeform Analogue Technologies (FAT) Freebass FB383 (also sold as the MAM MB33) is a 1U 19-inch rack-mounting MIDI synthesizer module dedicated to doing just one thing - imitating the sounds of the Roland TB-303 Bassline. It uses genuine analogue technology to produce the familiar 'acid' sounds, but adds MIDI control, so you don't have to cope with the Roland's quirky programming system - just hook up the Freebass to your MIDI sequencer, and play away. Dispensing with fripperies such as patch memories and continuous controllers, the Freebass is all about live performance - once you start twiddling those knobs in real time, you'll be lost in a world of acid madness."
