Novation Launchpad for iOS Update

iTunes: Novation Launchpad - Make & Remix Music - Novation

"What's New in Version 5.3
We’ve redesigned Launchpad to work on a single screen, which means you can keep the music playing even while you read the app news, manage your projects or browse the store. This new compact design keeps you focused on the most important aspect of Launchpad: making music.

We’ve also made it simpler to restore and remove individual soundpacks, which means it's easy to manage free space on your device. The new much-requested stop button allows you to stop all of your clips in a single touch, or even start a project playing on the first press of a pad.

This free update is available for both iPhone and iPad.

What was new in version 5?
You can now use your Launchpad soundpacks in Blocs Wave, our other music-making app for iPad and iPhone. Blocs Wave lets you play with your purchased Launchpad soundpacks in new and unique ways: build entirely new tunes with discover; tweak, slice and edit; and even record your own sounds.

Other recent new features
• Soundpack Sharing - Use your purchased Launchpad soundpacks in Blocs Wave
• New iPad store helps you find soundpacks you might like
• Free update for Blocs Wave and Launchpad users
• Fine control of pad volume by dragging upwards, away from the slider
• Various minor bugfixes and improvements

Launchpad for iPhone Editing and Importing
• Create your own remixes and new tunes on Launchpad for iPhone
• Start new projects, mix and match loops
• Audio Import now available for iPhone as an In-App Purchase

We really appreciate your feedback. If you have comments, questions or feature requests, let us know at support@blocs.cc or blocs.cc/survey. If you like Launchpad for iOS and have a minute to spare, please review the app in the app store."

"This wonderful vintage piece of synthesizer history comes from my husband's recording studio. I do not know anything about it, so I am selling it "AS - IS." I can't properly test it. Here's what I can tell you: I can see that it powers up and I hear a hum. Most of the lights come on and off and the display shows numbers on it. There are several keys that are sticky. There is a bit of a stain on the wood on the right hand side of the keyboard. It looks like something may have stuck to the wood. It isn't all that noticeable. This instrument comes from a clean, smoke free environment. Thank you for looking."

YAMAHA DX7IIFD Synthesizer 1987 + GREY MATTER E! | HD DEMO

Published on Dec 15, 2016 AnalogAudio1

"(c) 2016 by AnalogAudio1

Demo of the YAMAHA DX7IIFD digital synthesizer (frequency modulation synthesis) from 1987. I played it along with a Dynacord DRP 20 (reverb) and sometimes with a Korg SDD-3000 (delay).

The DX7II(F)D was the successor of the classic DX7 from 1983. This unit has the GREY MATTER E! expansion board installed, which was produced in the USA from 1987 to 1989. Even today it adds a lot of useful, additional capabilities to the DX7II(F)D/S. You get 256 RAM memories for patches, 8x multitimbrality (like the Yamaha TX802), chord memory, arpeggiator, a 16-track pattern sequencer (much like the Ensoniq ESQ-1's sequencer) and assignable sliders (assignable to most parameters of the sound engine - frequencies, envelopes, feedback level, operator output levels...).

Without a doubt, this expansion is a 'must have' for real DX7II fans."
