"A while back I found a Casio CZ 1000 (1985) digital synthesizer for $10 at a garage sale. This track is from an album I made entirely with the CZ 1000 (no other synths), an MPC 1000 and various drum machines.

This video shows filtering samples from Akai MPC 1000, using Mr.Hyde the bottom and high pass filter on samples, and adding the typical Analogue Solutions character.
Source - Sample from Akai MPC 1000 to the filter from the filter directly on the mixer and added a slight delay.
Kick from Mpc out 2 and hat from out 3 directly to the mixer. all not mastering"
