The 3rd revision of the newly entitled 'StarCruncher' series of data distortion polyphonic synthesizers. This revision features a new Cross Mod FM Distortion method that opens up new distorted textures

with all distortion controls set to '0' or 'off' this instrument functions as a 3-Voice Polyphonic Wavetable Sound Synthesizer with adjustable Decay Envelopes for the 3 Voices. this Wavetable based synth is loaded with 45 unique waveform shapes to choose from. Once the data distort controls are increased, the unit becomes a totally different instrument that specializes in exploring the unpredictable sound possibilities of data distortion type synthesis. unexpected wavefolding and frequency modulations occur while processing synthesis data is stretched, overflowed, and twisted upon itself. use controls -data distort (main)- and -cross mod fm level- to play and manipulate these different data distortion methods to find new interactions and timbres

Drums: Tiptop Audio MA808 and all the Tiptop 909 modules. 3x Tiptop ONE: first ONE is playing the bass line from a one shot DOTS sample sequenced with Trigger Riot (Gates) and Z8000 (Pitch CV), the second ONE is playing the noisy Glitch Machines sample and the third ONE is playing brush snare from an upcoming new samples collection for Tiptop ONE.

Drums sequenced with Circadian Rhythms and Trigger Riot. New Z-DSP card Mariana Trench is loaded with algorithm number 8."

These are a great guide to Classic synths and there's so much information crammed in to the pages it takes a little to get used to the style. But there's everything here; Arp 2500, Korg PolySix, Moog CDX.
