"Prophet Rev2, Drolofx Stretch Weaver, Tascam DR-07 field recordings, Strymon Bigsky. Ambient melodic electronic musical sequence. The melodic sequence is playing from the sequential prophet rev2, into channel 1 of the drolofx stretch-weaver. A recording of children playing at an indoor softplay is playing from the tascam and into channel 2 of the stretch-weaver. The recording is then dialled in and out of the weaver to affect the melody increasingly throughout the piece. Everything is going through the strymon big-sky.

"SyncDRONE is a simple drone synthesizer based on a CD4093 chip. It contains three square wave oscillators that are mixed together. Those oscillators are also fed into one of the NAND gates of the CD4093, which creates a more rhythmic and crude sound. More infos and the link to the gerber production files are coming soon..."

Sci-fi ambient: Soma Enner live west coast avant-garde synthesizer electronic music

"This is my first run through using the Soma Laboratory Enner instrument, designed by Sistor. The goal was to make something that would sound appropriate as an ambience soundtrack to an outer space trip. This synth is very geared towards both drones and rhythms, as well as using the piezo pickup with the case, spring, and rubber bands to make added percussive sounds. I'm very excited to continue exploring and find even more sounds. I'm making a lot of use of the ring modulation inputs for the drones. This synth is patched using touch, and I love the idea of having an instrument that I can use my hands on to create sound and have a direct connection to the music. I am using the west coast technique of starting with something and spinning it out like a centrifuge. I'm processing the sound through an Eventide H9 pedal with some reverb and delay. Hopefully this camera angle also helps you learn something!"
