"Welcome to this very boring test (always the same sound) of the ELECTRIX Filter Queen Vintage Stereo Filter from 1999. It's Stereo, but I used the Matrix-1000 which has mono output :) It's great to combine with some reverb, beautiful harmonics appear, ideal for ambient I think.

"This is a demo of the Mo-FX Stereo Multi-Effect Unit fro Electrix (Canada). It was run through a PreSonus BlueMAX set in Limiter Preset to catch peaks before entering my Focusrite Clarett 4 Pre.

No processing was done to the audio ***Be cautious as the levels jump quite a bit between some settings!

This is by no means a specification video, nor is it a demonstration of talent. I'm a drummer with some knobs and keys before me. That is the extent of it ;) I Just thought it would be fun to take various parts of an old song of mine and run them through the Mo-FX for some experimentation. I tried to be 'surgical' as to avoid too many peaks and unpleasant results. Then again, the beauty lies in messing it up i suppose."

Alpha Juno & Circuit Tracks through Electrix Mo-Fx

"It was a rainy day here when I put together this tune, first one in a while, so I wrote a rainy day track. I pulled out the Electrix Mo-Fx, a DJ multi effect from the year 2000. It's got delay, tremolo/pan, and phaser that all have tempo sync and a filter/crossover thing. Super handy, plus it has solid metal knobs.

This little tune reminds me of something from my teen years but I can't put my finger on it. Anybody recognize it?"

"Very cool sounding very well built like a tank getting hard to find.

Designed for both DJs and Musicians, the Warp Factory is possibly the ultimate stand-alone Vocoder. With those great big knobs, the Warp Factory is designed for straight-forward hands-on use. It has an XLR Mic input (conveniently located on the front) and a quarter-inch line input for use as the Formant or carrier signals. Then there are two quarter-inch line-inputs and two RCA phono inputs for your stereo source sounds, either drum loops, mixes, songs, synth pads, etc...

The way it works is whatever Formant signal you have, say your voice, will be warped into taking on the characteristic of the Source signal you have, say a buzzy synth sound. This would in effect give you that Robot voice effect.

The Warp section is where you'll find most of the knobs and cool features of the Warp. There is a low- and high-pass filtering switch. A 'Gender' knob adjusts the pitch of the Formant. 'Q' adjusts the width of the filtering. An 'Order' adjusts the filter resolution for clear to abstract vocoding effects. There is also Noise and a built-in oscillator Source signal whose pitch is adjusted by 'Robot Pitch'. Various Bypass and Freeze switches and complete MIDI implementation make this the ultimate Vocoder for DJs, musicians and producers"
