Geological Cross-Section Panels by nakedboards on a Modular Synthesizer

I thought this was interesting. Nikolai from nakedboards sent images of their new geological print panels. Here's what he had to say about them:

"Perm is a new project from nakedboards. It’s a set of eight 8hp blank eurorack panels with geological cross-section.

Nikolay, nakedboards founder and engineer, tells a background story: "Not many people know that I have a degree in geology. This summer I got very inspired investigating geological sights around the place I lived. I believe that natural sciences give an opportunity for more conscious observation. For instance, this simple picture I put on my panels represents millions years of Earth’s history!

I got exited about the idea of making a print of the cross-section of the ground where I grew up. And here it is all ready to be shipped around the world!"

Noisy Oscillator-Modor Music/3 pole VC morphing Filter Threek 13700-Funkstill/Dual LFO-Nakedboards

Published on Dec 26, 2019 Dziam Bass

"Today I have a small movie with cool modules such as Noisy Oscillator from Modor Music new 3 pole VC morphing Filter Threek 13700 from Funkstill and Dual LFO from nakedboards with the addition of some reverb from Black Hole DSP from Erica Synths.

I showed how the filter itself sounds in this Noisy Oscillator patch with the addition of built-in noise, so the name Noisy Oscillator, This VCO is digital but has SONAR noise, ARCADE noise and Wind noise and noise tune and FM modulation.

As you will see these are digital noise but they add a great effect in a patch like this one, at the end you have already crazy modulation, but by that time I also used FM and I was constantly changing the morphing mode in Threek Filter so I think this set is really great.

I also used various LFO changes not much but both waves were used with Dual LFO from nakedboards.

It's best to check it yourself.

For me these are dope modules !!!

Have a great day!!!"
