Enter Exit - TR-808, Oberheim OB-8, Juno 60, Microwave Rev A, TTSH sequenced by a Cirklon
Published on Nov 17, 2019 instantknut
"It's quite a while since my last video so I wanted to make an awesome return with ninjas, mannequins, trampolines and Lamborghinis. That did not work out.
And because I didn't work out either, wearing the tracksuit was not an option.
Instead you can see me noodling with some nice vintage synths. A triumph against perfection and crippling procrastination!
Synthesizers in this track: Oberheim OB-8, Roland Juno 60, Yamaha DX7, Waldorf Microwave, a Two Thousand Six Hundred. All sequenced by a Sequentix Cirklon. Drums from the Roland TR 808 and the tape delay is a Roland Space Echo RE-101.
Also check out my last album *Dinosaur Ballads* on http://www.solitud.de or the usual streaming sites."

Dividing Clocks: Gezeiten Ultima Ratio Eurorack Module
Published on Jun 18, 2014 instantknut·12 videos
"Playing along with my eurorack modular synthesizer and testing the Gezeiten Ultima Ratio clock divider module.
The track is entirely made with the modular with just the inevitable addition of reverb :)
The Ultima Ratio is used to provide 3 clock streams to synchronize the Grids drum sequencer and both Moskwa sequencers with different clock resolutions.
I play with the clock ratios in realtime and also make use of the makro attack/release envelope generator to provide control voltage to modulate the cutoff frequency of a dual Korgasmatron filter.

ModLog - Acid Dub xOxbOx style with a modular twist
Published on Oct 27, 2013 instantknut·12 videos
"Nothing better than an electronic jam with coffee, cake and friends on a lazy saturday.
Stan and Takter from http://www.endlichelektro.net/ visited me to lay out some dubby tunes with a touch of xOxbOx acid, Electribe beats and some secret modular ingredients.

"This is a short demo sequencing a whitewashed Moog Voyager with an XBase 888 and a red adidas suite. Enjoy, like I did!"

Crashing through Mirrors - Moog Voyager, Adidas tracksuit and a wall in Berlin
YouTube Uploaded by instantknut on Nov 22, 2011
"This video is about the interaction of a man in a tracksuit with a Moog synthesizer at a wall in Berlin.
The song actually is a metaphoric story about a broken mirror, but there was no mirror available, not even a broken one. But we had a wall, which is even more metaphoric.
My thanks go to cam operator Mr. Berg and head of production Antje."
I am green! Moog Voyager, Monomachine, Polyevolver, Jomox 888
Uploaded by instantknut on Aug 22, 2010
"This is a live mix I did to motivate my synths to play together as a team again. Mhh, and a little gearporn, I admit.
Monomachine acts as sequencer again and adds some beats and the snare noise. The Bass comes from the Moog Voyager. Jomox XBase 888 did the 4 to the floor beats. The Polyevolver synthesizes the noisy drone sound in the background. The MPC is heavily underused and says "computer" some time (a sample from the mono). Access Indigo2 does the rest."
